Welcome to Bench 170. You will enjoy the very private entire upper floor and use of the yard as guest space. This house is a West Coast Modern built in 2012. A delight for architect enthusiasts and art lovers alike as it was a venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for several years. There is a public beach access directly adjacent to the property that takes you down to a cobble stone beach looking west to the Georgia Strait. Please refer to Policy and Rules for pets.

Step back in time with a stay at our newly renovated historic beachfront property on the Sunshine Coast. Grantham House was once a bustling community hub as the local post office and general store, and beginning in the 1920's, a favoured summer stop of the Union Steamships Company. This unique studio suite, named after the Lady Evelyn steamship that once docked here, offers a serene escape with breathtaking views of Keats Island and oceanfront access.

Nestled among the trees, the property offers partial ocean and beautiful mountain views. The backyard backs onto towering cedar trees with a cozy fire pit. Guests may also use the kayaks kept at one of the Sunshine Coast’s best beaches to explore the stunning coastline.
