Great Spacious Apt Excellent Location DT Dartmouth

Spacious one bedroom with dedicated dining room and small office space. Right downtown Dartmouth, directly on the edge of several parks (including off leash dog park) and seconds from the Halifax Harbour, minutes walk to the DT Halifax ferry, minutes drive from the Halifax bridge. Next to a major bus terminal, and a short walk to many shops/cafes/pubs/restaurants. Comfortable furniture and nice cotton sheets. Prime TV and other Roku channels on the TV. Very old building decently maintained.

This is a super clean and air-conditioned residence! A very convenient location; a 10-second walk from the bus stop, a two-minute walk from a grocery store, cafés, brewery, laundromat, hair salon, and restaurants. A very cozy and peaceful place to base any vacation on the South Shore out of. Very close to hiking and ATV trails. No visible neighbors from the yard, lots of wildlife. Large parking areas. Interior is a mixture of new and re purposed materials. Appliances are small but functional, all the comforts of home but smaller. Double bed is incredibly comfortable.
