Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Halifax Harbour

I had a relaxing couple of days at Annes place, the house was as described in the advertisement and had everything you would need for a stay. Close by to local restaurants/ shops giving you different options during your stay.

Super lovely house in Halifax, 3 bedrooms with full beds and an excellent kitchen. The hosue feels lived in and loved, the location is excellent, very close to restaurants and groceries, and a short walk to the commons and downtown. Perfect spot for 5 of us to spend the weekend. The host was responsive and even though we took an earlier flight and showed up early, we were able to store our bags, which was a huge bonus after a red-eye flight! thanks so much!

Perfect plus+++. The house has amazing views and is very private and architecturally distinctive. Alexandra was a great host very helpful but never intrusive . Hirtle beach is in walking distance from the house which we (myself and my Corgi) did every morning . The farmers market on Thursday’s Lunneberg Has amazing fresh scallops and local bake goods and fresh veggies . A truly memorable trip. I can’t wait to return.

The Airbnb was extremely quaint and cozy. Love the decor and very clean. Highly recommend this place for any special occasion. Thanks Nick for a wonderful stay.

Location, location, location! You can’t pick a better place for peaceful trip to Peggy’s Cove. Easy walk down to light house and shops. Kitchen has everything to cook and enjoy meals on patio. You also are not too far to drive to other towns to visit for day trips.

We had an amazing stay!

Shobac farm is a unique architectural and farm experience. It was great to have gaffs point and Hirtle’s beach within hiking distance. The sheep were a constant fascination for our pup. Appreciated having access to a lap pool, steam shower and sauna. Thoroughly enjoyed having a wood fire and enjoying and vast country side views from the gatehouse.

Awesome location. Very nice cabin -clean, quiet, comfortable. Host were awesome people - so easy to deal with, and very accommodating. Perfect getaway spot.

Beautiful stay! The lake was fairly accessible, unfortunately the pool was out of service but the host kindly informed us before our stay and gave us options for refund. Happy we decided to stay, as it is a beautiful spot by the lake!

Lovely little inn in Grand Pre. Easy to find, easy check in. Room had nice up to date furnishings. The restaurant Longfellow was excellent. Food and service outstanding. 1 minute away is lovely winery where we did tasting and following day we rode bike trail to Wolfville for lunch. Loved the area and our accommodations

Our little cabin was more than enough! Clean and comfortable. I wish we could have stayed longer! I'm so glad we stayed local one day and visited the library and local eateries. Our host was easy to talk to and very responsive. We also loved the kayaks. We will be back!

I had an absolutely amazing time at Laura's place this weekend, she was an amazing host super responsive, and the place was exactly as described. There was coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available for me as well as chocolates left on the table for me to enjoy. The pool was an absolutely amazing experience as well as private, considering their house is upstairs. The house was overall super clean, and the bed was comfy as well. I would definitely recommend checking this place out, and I will be back in the future.

Mark was very responsive, and the accommodation was very spacious.

Mary-Ellen’s place was private, clean, and well appointed. We felt welcomed and at home, and had everything we needed for our stay. We had to have a peak at the mattress to see what kind it was, as we found it to be very comfortable, and we slept very soundly. We enjoyed the water bottles and snacks Mary-Ellen left in a welcome basket, and one of the snacks was even gluten free, so I could have it! This suite has been very beautiful renovated and suited our needs very well. Nice set of pot and pans and sharp knives! Even a small air fryer.

Great place to stay!

We had such a wonderful time! The apartment was beautiful, clean, and made a perfect peaceful hideaway at the end of our busy days seeing the sights. Highly recommend staying here and we'll probably book here again next time we're in Halifax.

Staying at Josh's home was an outstanding experience. He proactively anticipated our needs, eliminating the need for any trips to the store. The house had a basic home gym that satisfied my needs, and the spacious rooms provided plenty of comfort. I am thoroughly impressed with the setup and strongly commend Josh and his team for delivering exceptional service and remarkable hospitality.

Alison's place is unusual in that it combines elements of a studio and of a one bedroom apartment. One enters the largest room, which contains the bed, as well as the refrigerator and countertop, kitchen cupboard and kitchen amenities. There is a very small living room next, then the bathroom, both opening off a good sized hallway area. However, the excellence of the basement conversion, the tasteful interior design, the attractive and functional furniture and, above all, the stunning thoughtfulness of the host in providing absolutely everything one could want, overcome any negative aspects. Alison's communication was helpful and friendly. Highest recommendation for this accommodation in Dartmouth. And, it is walking distance to at least one good restaurant, where we had dinner. There are several more nearby.

Michelle's place was great It was a 10 min drive maybe 15 to downtown and we could walk to the local grocery store, tims, and a giant tiger. It was extremely peaceful and quiet. Everything was perfect and clean when we walked in with everything available to us. She was extremely accommodating to our needs. I felt like I was at home. I would reccomend this air B and B to anyone looking. the price was great also. Thank you Michelle for being an amazing host.

What a great unit :) Very well appointed with all you need for a very comfortable stay. Location is great, super clean, easy check-in and responsive host. We slept like logs even with the windows open. Would definitely stay again
