Very nice house on Lake Lanier. Basically everything in the house is updated and has everything you need. Short walk (a couple of minutes) down to the dock. Stayed with our 7 month old and 2 dogs and all were happy. Would stay again next time we come to the area.

Rustic house with great upgrades. If you stay here don’t expect a newly constructed house but one with a lot of charm and a history you can feel. This house built in 1900 is in a great location with modern appliances. The house was fine for us and our young family to stay for a wedding weekend. John was very responsive and flexible. The beds were comfortable, the internet strong and the air conditioning adequate to provide comfortable temperatures. With nice sitting areas inside and out, we had places to sit and visit. Thank you John for providing us a place to make memories with our family. We particularly enjoyed the short walk each morning to breakfast at Caroline’s.

Your home is wonderfully appointed...you thought of everything! Clean and comfortable, and the porch fireplace was so relaxing to come back to each evening. Thank you for a lovely stay during our daughter's wedding week!

Great spot. House was clean, and the hosts were very easy to contact. House is pn the North end of the lake which is much more calm than the southern portion. Also very close to a Marina.

The place is beautiful and the Host are so easy to deal with. It is very clean and new but made us feel very welcome. They gave us access to a grill and a firepit which made the trip extra special. One of my friends is in her 70's and did find the path to the door way a bit tricky but still manageable and she is just 5 foot tall so she had to push herself onto the bed but once there she was so grateful to be staying in such a wonderful place. We were able to watch the deer in the morning and the fireflies at night. Thank you so much!

Joseph hosted us for 5 days, his home was amazing, quiet, quaint, clean, relaxing place! We got there and walked into a beautiful CLEAN house!!! The home had all the amenities you need for your stay. All the kitchen appliances, pots, pans, utensils, plates, coffee mugs, wine glasses, and the list continues…We cooked and made use of the farm to table aspect of the surrounding area. Next to Jospehs house is a farm with animals. The owner of the farm(Jospehs neighbors) were soo nice! We walked to their house and were able to see the animals. It was such a cool experience to really stay in a country style place. The area is driving distance from everything. Quiet and relaxing vacation time! I WOULD DEFINITELY LOVE TO STAY HERE AGAIN!!

Very unique place with more fresh eggs than you can eat and take home. Steve meets you when you arrive which nice to meet the host who is full of information and recommendations. We felt very much at home there. The location is central to the most beautiful water falls and hiking trails in North Georgia. I think we could live there. Can't wait to go back.

Great location and convenient to area restaurants, events, etc. This was our second visit and we look forward to staying here the next time we're in town. The space is clean, quiet and fun to explore.

Lorna and Willie were super nice people and Willie’s vegetable garden is worthy of a postcard, it took me back to a time when I use to help my grandparents in their garden. We will definitely stay there next year when we come back down. A special thanks to them for doing our laundry. The washing machine in the unit would not work and I told them about it on our way to the formula drift race and when we got back that night they took our clothes out of the washing machine and did them in their washing machine and folded them and put them back in our unit. Suck a blessing to have suck kind people in today’s world. I couldn’t thank them enough. Willie and Lorna you are the BEST!!!! God Bless and hope to see you next year. :)

The apartment was just as pictured in the photos. It was very clean and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. There were lots of stores, shops, and restaurants within minutes. Kay was a great host. I had no reason to contact her because she left detailed instructions for everything! I was also pleasantly surprised that there were snacks, water, and even little bottles of wine. Unfortunately, I had to work while I was there, but the desk and chair were comfortable and I had no WIFI issues. The bed was also extremely comfortable and there were several options (air conditioner, fans, heaters) available to control the temperature of the rooms. I will definitely come back.

I loved bringing my sister here for a little getaway. The place was so spacious. Loved the farm feeling and walking in the area. Such a beautiful area to stay

The place was honestly a bit smaller than I had expected, but it was my first time ever renting Airbnb so I didn’t even read descriptions before renting, so that’s on me. Everything felt pretty comfy and my favorite part was definitely the sound of the river at night, gives an extremely peaceful vibe to the stay. It’s also a great location to find waterfalls for those wanting to hike. Excellent location, would definitely rent again.

I would have to say, without a doubt, that this was the nicest Airbnb I have ever stayed in. The unit itself was amazing and as-advertised, but what really set it apart was the immense beauty of the back yard and pool area. Don’t bother buying a ticket to the Atlanta Botanical Garden—essentially an entire botanical garden is included with your stay!! My family came into town for a wedding on a Friday. We had all day Saturday free, and spent a big chunk of it just relaxing i the back yard by the pool. Dina was a great host! Would absolutely stay here again!

The place was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The hostess was great. I was comfortable there and had all that I needed.

This home was perfect for a weekend getaway. It was close to kayaking, wineries, and not far from the downtown area. It was clean and the beds comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Great place for what we needed! It is off a busy road, but the house is very far back from it, so the noise is not a problem, and all the house features and amenities are what you need!

Off the Grid was a great place to stay. My groomsmen and I stayed here the night before my wedding and we had an awesome time at a really cool place!

We had a great time at this lovely and wonderfully secluded home on Lake Lanier. There is so much to do and would be a great place to bring kids, I'm already planning another trip with my niece and nephew. There's a mini putt putt course, arcade games, ping pong, board games, SUPs and kayaks! My favorite part was how quiet and private it is - the perfect spot for a little getaway. It's about a minute walk downhill from the house to the lake (might take a little longer for much older family members but I think still doable). There's obviously a little more noise and activity on the lake where you can actually see some neighbors but it was still mostly very peaceful and relaxing. The place itself was very clean and Amy was super helpful/responsive. My husband loved all the coffee options. Looking forward to another visit sometime!

Shawn was a great remote host. Provided clear and simple instructions. Property was very well appointed and exactly as expected.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this lake house. We were there to celebrate a graduation and decided to have a vaca along with the celebration. We had plenty of room, the downstairs and enclosed porch were the perfect hangouts. My grandchildren loved the dock and they ALL learned to kayak! Having the use of the kayaks and live vests were a plus! Thank you! I will say the trail down to the dock was a little more difficult for some of us older adults, but the young ones were back and forth several times a day. There were a few minor things lacking in the kitchen (no lids for pots & pans for one) but then there were also additional items (like a waffle maker which made the kids happy). All and all the trip was great, the house was awesome and the host was accessible and responsive ! Thank you for an awesome vacation!
