Our house is located in a quiet townhouse area in Halmstad. Cycling distance to Tylösand (4km), boat harbor of Grötvik (2 km) , outdoor pool (1,5 km) at Brotter and Halmstad centre (4 km) as well as walking distance (8 min) to closest beach. Bus connections available 100 meters from the house The villa has 2 bathrooms, 1 living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1.80, 1.60 and in the living room upstairs we have a 120 bed and that we can put in extra bed. A lovely sheltered back with the sun for much of the day.

Nice semi-detached house of 105 sqm. Nice kitchen, with a large living room and two toilets. The three bedrooms are located upstairs. There are patios in both the front and back yards. A jacuzzi on the back side. Oops can be cat hair as there are two cats living here when guests don't stay here! 15 minutes to the ocean. The popular Forsgården golf course is a stone's throw away. It is a 20 min trip into Gothenburg. 15 min walk to the central station, the city center, Kungsmässan and Hede Fashion Outlet.
