In the middle of Österlen, in the charming fishing village of Brantevik, this cozy house is located just 300 meters from the sea. Here you can enjoy the tranquility with the lush garden outside the windows, take a dip in the sea, stroll along the beach meadows, or read a good book in the hammock. If the weather is bad, you can warm up in the Jacuzzi, sauna or in front of the fireplace. The garden has a patio on both the front and back (east/north/west), so both breakfast and dinner can be eaten in the morning sun. Charcoal grill (Weber) is available.

The sandy beach just below the house is as attractive in summer with a swimming jetty and beach café as it is in winter for lovely walks. Several seating areas on different floors. The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, 6 km from Ystad. Very good transportation about 150 meters from the house, trains to Ystad and Simrishamn or Malmö and Copenhagen. Bus between Ystad and Trelleborg about 100 meters away. The Sydkustleden bike path runs just above the house.

The house is designed for 6 people to be able to stay comfortably, but it is possible to fit an additional 2-3 people if needed. Our beautiful little house is perfect if you want both the Swedish nature and Stockholm city. From the backdoor you can step right into the forest with your own private Patio. You fins nice viewpoints and some really beautiful lakes on a walking distance. The bus takes you to Stockholm/Slussen in just above 20 minutes. We live next door and would love to introduce you to the area and give you tips and recommendations. We love hiking, culture, food and fika and know lot of great spots.
