Our family-friendly vacation home on our small farm is located in a very sunny and quiet location near the village, in the hiking and natural snow ski area Krispl/Gaißau (Tennengau). The Celtic city of Hal can be reached by car in about 20 minutes, and the ski resort can be reached in about 20 minutes, and the ski resort can be reached in 5 minutes. Various summer and winter hiking trails/bathing lakes invite you to fully enjoy the beautiful surroundings. In 2025, my guests will also receive the Tennengau Card by email.

Perfekt geeignet für Familien und größere Gruppen.

In dieser steht Ihnen zur Verfügung: Nespresso Kaffeemaschine, Backofen, Ceranfeld, Kühlschrank, Geschirr und Geschirrspüler. Von dort aus kommt man in das Schlafzimmer und in das Badezimmer. Im Winter wird in der gesamten Wohnung mit Fußbodenheizung geheizt. Eine Veranda auf der Südostseite lädt zum Morgenkaffee mit wunderschönem Blick auf Bergpanorama ein.

It´s a pleasure to live in our biggest Apartment with 75 square meters - fully equipped and perfect for a Family with kids or 2-5 people. The Apartment offers a great panoramic view and is very big and well equipped - Enjoy it and have fun! In summer and winter high season we only rent for 7 nights, in low season also for 3 nights. Please notice that we charge € 10,00 per day as a short stay fee if you stay under 5 nights. You DEFINITELY need a CAR to visit/book our place.

From May 2025, there will be a sauna and hot tub in the garden with wonderful views of the mountains. Deck chairs and seating invite you to linger in the garden.
