Unser Apartmenthaus wurde im April 2021 fertiggestellt und wir freuen uns schon sehr, Sie bei uns zu begrüßen. Wir haben das Nebengebäude der Pension Ballwein saniert und die früheren Gästezimmer zu 4 hochwertigen Apartments umgebaut. Alle Apartments befinden sich in der ersten Etage und verfügen jeweils über einen Balkon. Wir bieten kostenloses WLAN & einen Parkplatz pro Apartment. Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vorm Haus. Mit dem Bus 21 können Sie direkt in die Altstadt Salzburgs fahren.

Laberer vacation home

The house consists of 4 bedrooms with 4 double beds and 2 single beds. You will love my place because it is in the middle of the ski resort, because of the kitchen, high ceilings, coziness, the view. My accommodation is good for couples, families (with children), large groups and furry friends (pets). (!!! no summer card possible at this house!!!) In the house there is only a public W-Lan, but that is also limited use! For each pet €15,- / night have to be paid!

( At least 2+nights) We are 10 min away from Gmunden/Ebensee/beach/pizzeria/castle place/ shopping center SEP/Gmundner ceramics/Tuscany park/and much more:-) Unfortunately, there are no pets allowed. In der Umgebung sind zahlreiche Geschäfte, Restaurants und Shopping Center Kiesel !

It is located on the ground floor and consists of a bedroom and a living room with a fully equipped kitchen as well as an anteroom and bathroom.
