The area offers numerous shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and cafés within a few minutes walking distance. There is a well known very good restaurant on ground floor of the building. There are a few chargeable public parking garages as well as street parking nearby.

We are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our solar roof.
