There is one bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed, dining room and bathroom with shower. There is a bio toilet inside the bathroom. Must walk 40 meters from the parking space to the cabin. THE CABIN - is a newly built cabin (2024), located in a small cabin area on Oppheimsåsen with quiet surroundings. This is a cabin that is excellent for the large family, or several families. The cabin has a high and modern standard. There are ski slopes right outside, bike path, fishing lake, as well as several mountain hikes nearby. Stylish and cozy funky cabin built in 2019. The cabin is located right by Hallingdalselva, only 2 km from Ål city center. High and low climbing park is only 300m away, and about 500m away is Strandafjorden swimming area! Ål ski center is 8 km away and Geilo only 23 km. Hemsedal ski resort is 56 km from the cabin. Hardangervidda about 35 km. In the surrounding mountains you can pick and choose from fantastic ski slopes in winter and hiking trails in summer! The activity opportunities are just as good in winter as in summer!

Idyllic annex in scenic surroundings, with stunning views of Hallingdal. The annex is located by itself on the outskirts of the farm. Great hiking possibilities in both summer and winter. Distance to Solseter with marked trails is 1 km. Golsfjellet is 10 km away. The cabin consists of a kitchen with wood stove +2 hobs, bathroom with shower and toilet, loft and living room with double sofa bed. Heated with wood and electricity. It is possible to rent bed linen set for NOK 75 per set. Private parking outside the cabin.

Our newly built "sleeping box" is designed and built by the award-winning architects in OPAFORM, Espen Folgerø and Marina Bauer, and is located on the 2nd floor in a timber grain barn from 1850 with an airy view of Strandavatnet. The box has a 1.80 double bed, but an extra mattress or crib can be added if needed. In the barn located in the building next door there is a built-in kitchen, bathroom and toilet. We offer a large double bed (king size). In addition, we can add an extra bed and/or crib if needed.

Behind the house (20 metres) you'll find the river Hallingdalselva, where you can fish for trouts. You may borrow a canoe or a small rowing boat. Koselig kårstue på gård.
