Our home & 4 yr old fully self-contained cottage is on a 0.9 hectare (2.3 acre) "lifestyle" property in the country but is only 5 mins drive from the University and 4 local schools, our local supermarket, post office and food outlets. We are also 15 mins drive from Hamilton central business district (CBD), the Hospital and Wintec in one direction and the Airport in the other direction. We do NOT charge separate cleaning fees (NB when comparing), offer a 25% discount for 1 week, 35% per month.

It has a separate private entrance and a private driveway (with a carport). Relax in the fully fenced sunny patio/grass area. It's a short walk to a local café, dairy, takeaways, dog park, and river walks and only 200 meters to a bus stop to take you into the CBD. There is a queen-size bed in the bedroom, and the unit has full laundry facilities.

Located on the edge of the Ranfurly gully nature reserve, It's a peaceful, beautiful and special place. Where you’ll wake to native bird song, not traffic noise. Located perfectly just 10 mins drive from central Hamilton and also 10 mins from the airport, Mystery Creek, the Velodrome, Hamilton Gardens, Waikato Uni and Ruakura. The Squeeze Me Inn is a cute little guesthouse sitting behind a grand old villa. It’s a bit like the TARDIS small on the outside deceptively roomy on the inside. Walking distance to city bars, restaurants and Centre Place for shopping. Five doors down towards the river walks is the popular Kirk Cafe. Five minutes walk to Claudelands Event Centre with the Roaming Giant gastro pub just opposite. Cricket grounds and Waikato Stadium all within walking distance.
