Now with free Netflix! Welcome to lovely central Indiana! With family from Long Island, what could we do but go with a seaside theme? There's great amenities here - music, sports and racin'. Antiques in downtown Noblesville about a mile away. The house is 15 min from Ruoff Music Center (aka Deer Creek). It's about 45 min from downtown Indy, 20 min from Westfield Sports. The area is fairly quiet, with some traffic. My place is good for couples, adventurers, travelers, and families with kids.

The cottage consists of one bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom with walk-in shower. There’s also a fenced backyard with fire pit and furniture. The Cozy Cottage is centrally located near downtown Noblesville (2 min), Ruoff Music Center (15 min), Grand Park Sporting Complex (20 min), and over 100 miles of trails.

While visiting our farmhouse you'll be surrounded by 15 grassy acres, a wedding venue barn (May-November), fields, and horse pastures. The home features 4 bdrms and 2 baths. Unwind on the spacious covered back deck. Just 15min from Koteewi Park (archery, horseback riding, aerial adventure, and snow tubing) **Long term rental available. Note: during wedding season we do not accept requests for weekend stays.

Convenient to Grand Park , Ruoff, Monon Trail (walk, bike, run), Westfield, Carmel, Noblesville, Fishers and surrounding areas; 30 minutes to Ruoff Music Center; 15 minutes to Grand Park. NO parking behind the house only in front of house or across the street. Pets with prior approval only. Please be accurate with #people, pets.
