Stayed for 18 nights, Fantastic place to stay short or long term. Personally my long term stay was perfect. They gave me a off street car park for my work UTE, it has its own access to the unit/room so you can come and go as you please. little kitchenet for cooking, a very big bathroom and a open plan living area. WIFI was super fast and a nice heat pump for heating or cooling. The area was definitely in more of a up market area which makes it feel very safe. It was only a 10min walk to a big Westfield mall or 2 mins by car. Would 100 percent stay again.

Rupert was a great host. Very helpful and let us check out late so I could shower and relax after race. Located in nice neighbourhood close drive to everything. Very quiet.

We had a lovely stay at Sue and Stephen’s place. It was calm, peaceful, and surrounded by beautiful fruit trees — such a refreshing retreat! Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. Both Sue and Stephen were friendly, responsible, and genuinely caring hosts. We accidentally left our wallet behind and only realized after reaching home. Sue was incredibly helpful and immediately offered to send it back to us via courier. So grateful for their kindness and support. Highly recommended! Athira and Rijin

Thanks for going over & above from your thoughtfulness in our dietary requirements to immaculate linen, the most cleanest cute lil place that had everything we needed. Having the Spa was a bonus & one of the highlights of our stay relaxing as a family & making the kids sleep well. Thanks for opening your hearts & home. In our short stay we love you already. We stayed here for a month as were moving to the local area - we couldn't have picked a better Air B and B!! Ruth and Regan were the most amazing hosts. The location is idyllic, close enough to everything you need a short but calm and beautiful surroundings. It is well equipped, clean and spacious. Ruth and Regan checked in regularly with us to make sure all was okay and to answer any questions we had about the place or the local area, and are super friendly and gracious hosts. They were also very accommodating with allowing us to stay with 2 pets that had travelled from the UK with us. Having morning coffee outside whilst listening to the zoo animals nearby is such a treat! We will recommend to any friends and family that visit us. A perfect place to stay when exploring Hamilton and the Waikato region!

This place was 10/10. Lovely spot for a dreamy night away! Emma was so kind and catered for my celiac partner. The bath was so luxurious, and gazing at the stars at night in such a beautiful location on a stunning property. And lovely to have our gorgeous breakfast amongst the bird sounds on the deck in the morning.

The place was so lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The living area was very spacious and there was a great outdoor area. Would definitely recommend!

Wendy's place was so comfortable and spotlessly clean, I would absolutely want to stay again. The area is beautiful and peaceful with lovely walks nearby. We appreciated the toys left for our children and the personal touches.

Have stayed there about 9 times over the last 6 months. That says it all really. Awesome place in an amazing location. Hosts are friendly and helpful. Has everything I need. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Private and peaceful Airbnb that is close to nature & farm. Interacted with Fi briefly and was welcome by her dogs. No TV to distract us from the much needed rest during our NZ road trip. Well equipped kitchen with pots & pans, salt & pepper, utensils, fridge, microwave, and induction cooker. No air conditioner, but the temperature is comfortable during our visit. The dining table is outside with motion-sensor lights. Yet to try the outdoor bath but it was well equipped with hot & cold water tap and lights. Highly recommended for couples/ friends short getaway.

Perfect, luxurious, well-appointed studio in what is obviously one of the most beautiful places on earth. Very private and feels secluded but is a quick drive to Cambridge which has great cafes and even better pastries. We stayed here as a base for travel to Hobbiton, Rotorua and Taupo (a two hour drive but worth it) and highly recommend the back roads - the scenery is amazing. The studio itself has everything you need, the amenities are modern and high end and the bedding is so comfortable. We struggled to leave the comfort every morning, especially with the rain. Highly recommend staying here.
