Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Hamilton

Our family was there for a baseball tournament. The home is 15 minutes away, easy to get to. Grocery stores, restaurants, ice cream (recommend Jerry’s on the way to Cooperstown) and tackle and bait store are all close by. The rooms are very comfortable, I worked from the loft on top floor, the kitchen well equipped and the lake right outside. The kids had the opportunity to kayak and paddle board and to fish from the dock. Rodney was very responsive and super helpful to ensure we were comfortable and answered questions quickly. The view on the lake is fantastic and peaceful.

Casey's place was wonderful and she was a helpful host, helping me out of a small snafu I created. The location was amazing, views great, and space very welcoming. While the high temps kept us from exploring as much as we had planned, we got a few walks in around the property and it is a beautiful place to hike, so private and peaceful. Relaxing on the porch reading a book was perfect. And watching a storm roll in and create waves in the fields of tall grass was zen-like. We will be back!

I’m so happy that we found this farmhouse in the country. Conveniently located with a beautiful setting . We were even given fresh farm eggs. I wish we were able to do more hiking, but the weather was not in our favor. Best of all we could bring our fur baby with us . If I was coming up to this area again, I would be more than happy to stay there again. The House was extremely clean. It’s a farmhouse so yes, I had to get rid of a few wasps but that’s expected.

Exceptional stay at Samantha’s property. Perfect for exploring Fly Creek and Cooperstown. The backyard was stunning - we loved playing games, relaxing, and wading in the water. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at Scott's Happy Home. It was an excellent place for our family to stay while in town for our son and daughter-in-law's Baby Shower. The layout was great and met all of our needs. The kitchen was well-stocked, and we prepared several meals easily. Scott and Paula even brought us a freshly baked chocolate chip cookie cake, which was delicious. We plan to stay here again when we visit the area. Thanks, Scott and Paula, for being outstanding hosts!

Came in from Atlanta for baseball tournament . On our spare time son went fishing and caught a bunch of trout. Really cool place!

Beautiful weekend spot for my family while we were in town for an Upstate Graduation. Jeffrey’s team was pleasant and very responsive. Oh and the Blackberry Mint Julep was amazing!

This is my second stay at Melinda and Kim’s Airbnb. They are the most wonderful hosts, and the place is beautiful and comfy. Melinda goes above and beyond with everything she does.

This was our second stay at Breezy Meadows. It’s a beautiful, peaceful location. One of these days we’ll come in the summer so we can take advantage of the pond, fire pit and trails. Inside is really nice, wonderfully decorated and has what you need. If you come in colder weather, don’t forget your slippers!

Alicia was a gracious host, communicated proactively and respondes to my inquiries quickly. The home was wonderful and exactly what I was looking for. She even went the extra mile to have snacks, water/hot beverages, and essentials available. She also makes checkout very easy and stress free. Thank you Alicia for a great time!

Great location around lots of amazing hiking. The apartment felt private and had everything we needed. Shower pressure was amazing and we loved relaxing in the hot tub after a full day of hiking. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful time. Beautiful location with all the amenities we needed for a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and well kept. Deanna and Dave were very pleasant to talk to and their dog Chloe was just the best. Greeted us every morning and we loved playing Frisbee with her in the afternoon. Such a bonus for us. We enjoyed watching the sunset every evening. We plan to visit again.

By far one of the nicest, cleanest, and well equipped Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. It also smelled amazing ! We stayed for the weekend with one of the days being a night in where we cooked dinner. The kitchen has everything you might possibly need to cook a meal. The coffee book was an adorable touch and the bathroom was squeaky clean. In fact, I don’t typically like showering at Airbnbs but this bathroom was cleaner than mine at home ! My fiancé was a big fan of the bidet lol would absolutely stay again and plan on it!

The apartment was very comfortable. The fresh eggs and other breakfast items were a great surprise. The location was perfect for let us get away from Dreams Park between games. Our daughters had a great time feeding the animals and jumping on the trampoline.

We stayed over Memorial Day Weekend, '25. Wanted a quiet getaway for the four of us: my wife and myself, plus our adult daughter and our high school aged daughter. This property delivered. Quiet mix of woodlands and farm. Babbling brook right outside the back door. And it was a short drive to Delhi, which was a lovely little town.

I loved the peaceful reprieve from the Cooperstown hustle and bustle. Beautiful view of the lake and plenty of fishing and boating equipment to enjoy it. The basketball hoop to keep the kids entertained was a great bonus. Spacious master suite was great for parents.

Gail's place is the perfect spot for a peaceful getaway to the Oneonta area! There are so many thoughtful touches and amenities, including a fully stocked kitchen. The decor is fun and feels like a home, and the beds are comfortable. We found the location to be a great mix of quiet and private while being within a few minutes of restaurants, a gas station and grocery store. I would highly recommend Gail's home and I'd stay there again when visiting the area!

The bedroom is stunning, with a charming design that made sleeping there a true pleasure. I also loved the wood style decor throughout the cabin; it added a warm, rustic charm that I found absolutely captivating. We will definitely be back soon! Rena was an amazing host we were running a bit late to check in due to car problems she was very caring and always responded quickly. Checking in and out was super easy. Her place is beautiful and peaceful. Even though it rained during our stay the place still looked amazing! The sounds of nature were soothing, and the views were breathtaking. At night the stars looked remarkable. My girlfriend and I will never forget The Roost. Thank you for having us rena. We really appreciated how understanding and responsive you were during our stay. We booked this hidden gem to stay in while my son played baseball in Cooperstown for the week. This is the first time in my life that I have stayed somewhere that felt as much like home as my own home. It is a magical place with lush greenery, a beautiful peaceful pond, the sounds of wildlife while you relax on the front porch, a comfortable bed and couches, and very close to anything you need in Cooperstown. Dreams park is only about a 10 minute drive and downtown Cooperstown is less than that. Mark has this home stocked with anything you need and it is decorated to feel so cozy and special. We traveled from NC for this trip and I would travel this far again just to have a vacation at this beautiful cabin. We used the paddle boat, took walks through the woods, and enjoyed the tv with a variety of watching options. The internet/wifi is fantastic. I have zero complaints about our stay and could honestly go on and on. Mark was an amazing host! He immediately makes you feel welcome!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay at The Heron Cabin! This truly is a hidden gem—somehow even more beautiful and charming than the listing photos suggest. We were in the area for our son’s tournament at Cooperstown Dreams Park, and our days were full. Coming back “home” to Laura’s cozy cabin each evening was the perfect way to unwind. The space is ideal for two and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Laura was incredibly kind and responsive to every question we had. My only regret is that we didn’t have more time to simply relax and enjoy the peaceful setting. If it weren’t 10 hours from home, we’d absolutely return for a couple’s getaway!

James was responsive to all questions within 30min. Knotty but nice cabin was EXCELLENT! Lots of extras like life jackets and board games for the kids. Very clean and enjoyable to get away for the week. Lots of plugs and phone chargers in each room. Usually there’s never enough in most places. Will definitely be back! Thank You, James!
