This apartment is absolutely perfect. Beyond the excellent facilities and fair price, the hostess's kindness and communication are exceptional, they truly make all the difference!

The Unit was so convenient walking distance to the heart of the city and mainly the 360 Viet from the whole living space .. that's the main thing caught my eye and its beautiful unit ..

Enjoyable stay in the Valley. Great views back over the CBD from the balcony. So close to a wide range of restaurants on James St and walkable to the river and city. Car park an added bonus. Fitted the requirements of our stay perfectly.

Absolutely beautiful central place .. comfortable bed , breakfast provisions , so close to everything. Super clean .. lovely bathroom products. Everything one needs for a night away .

great apartment in the best location. only difficulty is getting the keys via the keysafe. it's located deep within a letterbox with no light to see the numbers, or space to use it normally. Took multiple goes, balancing a torch with one hand, and the other to get to the safe. Access needs a little rethink. otherwise a wonderful apartment I'm a great location.

T's place is inviting and very comfortable, spotlessly clean, walking distance to so much. Really enjoyed our stay!

Comfy and stylish place in a great location. I had a 3 night stay while attending a conference at the Powerhouse. Very handy location for me with the James St area, Riverwalk, Howard Smith Wharves and Powerhouse all walkable. Good bus routes over the road too and lots of good food options.

Perfect for my stay and secure car park was appreciated.

What a great place to stay, close to the city and Southbank, had coffee down the road, the house was everything described and our family felt at home. This will be our go to stay for Torian going forward.

Wonderful location, an upstairs position with fantastic north facing balcony that catches the summer breezes. Erika and Carl are on hand for easy communication and friendly support.

Had a fantastic stay! The place was absolutely lovely, clean, well-appointed, and exactly as described. Communication was excellent from start to finish, with fast, friendly responses that made everything feel easy. For a long stay, I had every need not only met, but expectations exceeded as a result of my hosts thinking ahead of the extra amenities I would require for a long stay. It was a true home away from home. Jeff was a gentleman. He and the co-hosts present a very thoughtful and comfortable product for guest enjoyment. Woolworths Metro was around the corner and complimented the apartment perfectly. You couldn't find a more convenient location to stay and discover Brisbane by Ferry. the river walks are also breathtaking in Teneriffe. Eating out, cafe culture, and socialising opportunities are plentiful in this area. book this place!

Spacious place in a quiet neighbourhood. Convenient location - opposite a supermarket and lots of buses to take you straight to the city. Smooth check in and checkout process.

In this area at this price I would say look no further! A lot of Airbnbs in this 2km radius have lots of negative comments about train noises - Amy’s flat however is in the perfect location and it is so quiet - you honestly don’t hear anything. Everything we needed was available and Amy was very responsive. The baby high chair and cot worked so well for us, and our toddlers enjoyed the space; however we were a bit concerned about the very larger mirror potentially falling or breaking as it didn’t look like it was secured to the wall. Overall a great stay and would book here again.

Really convenient, comfortable apartment walking distance to lots of great restaurants and the ferry. We loved walking along the river with the dog. Would happily stay again
