Holiday rentals with a patio in Hamilton

Julie’s place truly felt like a home away from home! The city skyline view was absolutely stunning - especially at sunset. The apartment was spotless with clean, comfortable rooms and a very well-equipped kitchen. Julie was an incredibly helpful, friendly, considerate and responsive host. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

This apartment is absolutely perfect. Beyond the excellent facilities and fair price, the hostess's kindness and communication are exceptional, they truly make all the difference!

The Unit was so convenient walking distance to the heart of the city and mainly the 360 Viet from the whole living space .. that's the main thing caught my eye and its beautiful unit ..

Enjoyable stay in the Valley. Great views back over the CBD from the balcony. So close to a wide range of restaurants on James St and walkable to the river and city. Car park an added bonus. Fitted the requirements of our stay perfectly.

Absolutely beautiful central place .. comfortable bed , breakfast provisions , so close to everything. Super clean .. lovely bathroom products. Everything one needs for a night away .

We had a wonderful stay - spacious, clean, and exactly as described. The location is perfect, just behind James Street with great shops, cafes and restaurants. Freda and her team were fantastic to deal with, and Rob the Building Manager was incredibly helpful with check-in and local tips. Would definitely stay again!

Comfy and stylish place in a great location. I had a 3 night stay while attending a conference at the Powerhouse. Very handy location for me with the James St area, Riverwalk, Howard Smith Wharves and Powerhouse all walkable. Good bus routes over the road too and lots of good food options.

I booked Lauren's place to stay for my family, Lauren was extremely responsive, allowed a last minute early check in (thankyou so much), the home was beautiful, clean and tidy and was close by to the event we were attending.

What a great place to stay, close to the city and Southbank, had coffee down the road, the house was everything described and our family felt at home. This will be our go to stay for Torian going forward.

Corri’s house was great it was lovely and roomy and a great Queenslander. It is in easy walking distance, about 3 minutes walking, of the City Cat which was so convenient to get to Southbank and Bluey’s World. Corri’s communication was excellent and very helpful. The house is exactly as described. It is about 20 minutes from the airport.

We had an amazing stay at Hollie’s place! The house was immaculate, stylishly furnished, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The location was great, and the detailed instructions made check-in and checkout a breeze. Hollie was an outstanding host, always quick to respond and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Wonderful location, an upstairs position with fantastic north facing balcony that catches the summer breezes. Erika and Carl are on hand for easy communication and friendly support.

For a long stay, I had every need not only met, but expectations exceeded as a result of my hosts thinking ahead of the extra amenities I would require for a long stay. It was a true home away from home. Jeff was a gentleman. He and the co-hosts present a very thoughtful and comfortable product for guest enjoyment. Woolworths Metro was around the corner and complimented the apartment perfectly. You couldn't find a more convenient location to stay and discover Brisbane by Ferry. the river walks are also breathtaking in Teneriffe. Eating out, cafe culture, and socialising opportunities are plentiful in this area. book this place!

Penny is a great host and the place is lovely, tidy and easy to check in.

Spacious place in a quiet neighbourhood. Convenient location - opposite a supermarket and lots of buses to take you straight to the city. Smooth check in and checkout process.

In this area at this price I would say look no further! A lot of Airbnbs in this 2km radius have lots of negative comments about train noises - Amy’s flat however is in the perfect location and it is so quiet - you honestly don’t hear anything. Everything we needed was available and Amy was very responsive. The baby high chair and cot worked so well for us, and our toddlers enjoyed the space; however we were a bit concerned about the very larger mirror potentially falling or breaking as it didn’t look like it was secured to the wall. Overall a great stay and would book here again.

Really convenient, comfortable apartment walking distance to lots of great restaurants and the ferry. We loved walking along the river with the dog. Would happily stay again
