Mighty was a wonderful host, and the sweet cottage on the lake was just peaceful and fun. Every inch of the house has been decorated with care, and the feeling of waking up to look out over the lake is unbeatable. We enjoyed our time so much, and took home lavender sachets generously offered as a reminder of the experience. Highly recommend if you're looking for a beautiful, peaceful place to be in Western MA, with great proximity to the attractions of Amherst and Northampton. Don't miss the Montague Bookmill for used books and a cafe overlooking a rushing river--a treasure!

It was wonderful. It was spotless and spacious. Just enough but not too much! I loved that they had extra toiletries in case you forgot to travel with yours! I would highly recommend it!

The AirBnB was excellent. Clean and well maintained, a short drive from I-91 and conveniently located in Springfield. My family and I were overall satisfied with our stay. The only minor issue was that, despite paying a $100 cleaning fee, we were still asked to take the trash out, which we found surprising. We would recommend staying at this AirBnB.

Clean, quiet, and comfortable place. Perfect location for a short drive everyday to Northampton for a sporting event I was competing in. Minutes from the highway and a coffee shop just a two minute drive from the house. Perfect for a quick, easy start to early mornings.

The minute we walked in the door we were so happy to see a beautiful, well cared for immaculate home. Not to mention the setting where the house is located, it is breathtaking. The kitchen had everything we would need to make any meals. The furniture was comfortable and the bed was amazing, the sheets and mattress - outstanding quality! Karen was the best host. We hope to stay in her home again.

Heather's place is amazing...very spacious and was great for my two week stay for work. It really great it is so close to the highway and also local restaurants and shopping. Will definitely stay again if I am in the area.

This first floor apartment is wonderful- homey, well equipped, on a quiet friendly street with lots of greenery, peaceful and easy. Parking was a breeze in a well marked space and the location is convenient to all things in and around Easthampton and Northampton, with good walking destinations, restaurants, and more. Rocky has many thoughtful touches and the kitchen was so well outfitted, I was sorry I didn't stay longer to do some cooking there!

Always a pleasure to stay in this nice spot. Appreciate the fresh coffee and creamer in the fridge!

The apartment was great. Very spacious especially for one person. It was super clean and is in an easy relaxed location. Very easy self-check in. They also have some great books to look at !

Second time staying here, feels like home. Love the feel of the place. Walk to Dunkin for coffee and doughnuts in the morning while waiting for kiddo to get up. Centrally located with easy access to all the places we wanted to go. April is always nice and helpful.

Fantastic - I loved this place. Everything was beautiful and thoughtful. Walking right around the corner to everything you need was so nice. A really special place, I hope to stay again.

This place is good, just has about all the essentials you would need to get through the week if your there on work, full kitchen, plenty of rooms to choose from to sleep in, a good living room for lounging with a good tv. Would say it is missing some items for essentials like some cookware including a cutting board, would be nice to have. It is also noisy at nice including the train passing by and the neighbors sometimes. Good place just for working though. Would stay again if I had to.

The place is new, clean and well furnished. It does not have its own entrance or access to a yard. It is very convenient to Northampton, Easthampton and many of the attractions in the area if you’re driving. The bike path is a couple of miles away.

Our stay was excellent. Felt at home. Much recommended.

Our stay was everything we hoped for and more! We stayed while we were exhibiting dairy cattle nearby at the Eastern States Expo grounds, and it was a lot of late nights and early mornings. The location was super close to the grounds but still in a quiet neighborhood, plenty of parking, and felt safe walking from the car to the front steps each night. I had a little trouble locking the door the first time we left so I called the host before 7 am and they answered immediately, and were friendly and helpful (not at all grumpy about the early am call!!). The house was immaculate and had everything we needed and then some. I would absolutely recommend this rental and am looking forward to booking ahead for next year!
