Holiday rentals with beach access in Hampton Bays

We had a great weekend at Nicholas’s place. It was very peaceful in the woods, and we enjoyed using the record player and looking through the books spread throughout the studio. Nicholas was very responsive when I texted with questions and we used his provided recommendations to find breakfast and dinner. We’d definitely stay here again!

this was my 4th time staying at this air b and b and as usual I dodnt want to leave!!. Sarah and Phil where amazing. I love going to this air b and b becouse its so peaceful and calm and its like be at home. Jason was a great host. Very responsive to any questions we had while staying on Shelter Island. The location is great - easy walk from the North Ferry and central to great restaurants. Airbnb was exactly as pictured. Would definitely stay again! Thanks again Jason!

It was such a pleasure spending a weekend in Claire’s studio. The studio is very clean and comfortable, and my wife and I particularly appreciated the kitchenette, which allowed us to prepare a dinner one night and make our own pour-over coffee in the morning. We also loved hearing the birds as we woke up in the morning. And the location is terrific—an easy walk to the Southhold town center and a quick drive to other surrounding attractions like Greenport, nearby beaches, and wineries. Highly recommend!

Dawn and Bob’s place is one of the top Airbnb’s we have stayed in! Top notch in every way. It was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed. And on top of that Dawn and Bob were the most friendly hosts we have met! I would recommend this Airbnb without reservation and will be back whenever we are back in CT!

Bridget was very welcoming and a great host! This was one of the best stays we have had in an AirBnB and were amazed at all the thoughtful extras on hand. From the handwritten welcome note and snacks to the “if you forgot” like extra toothbrushes. If we are in the area again we will definitely try to book this space again.

Place is great for a quick cozy stay. Host had plenty of extra towels and additional items stocked. Perfect for what we needed!

We had a lovely stay at Karine’s cute house! The kitchen was very nicely outfitted, beds were super comfortable, and the big wood-burning fireplace was excellent! We appreciated all the cool artwork around the house, and Karine’s wonderful photography book! We got to enjoy lots of bird life, and we were lucky to have a bit of snow. What a beautiful and peaceful spot. We can’t wait to come back in warmer weather to enjoy the pool and lovely big deck and yard!

This is an absolutely beautiful home. It felt warm and cozy from the minute we walked in. Marla was kind enough to let us check in early, which allowed us to get the most of our first day in the Hamptons. She responds very quickly when you reach out. The location was perfect. It is very close to so many things to do. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet. The house is beautifully decorated, very clean, plenty of room and has everything you need. I would highly recommend this home!

We were very pleased with AJ’s place. We are 2 friends that came to cycle and explore. Location was good. Nice to each have a king bed. Can walk to beach.

Diana’s place was wonderful! She was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Her property manager, Nick, was also great and made everything smooth and easy. We really enjoyed the variety of amenities—especially the board games, pool, and outdoor shower. Highly recommend this stay!

We had the most beautiful weekend stay at Tim’s home! Everything is accurately described and the pool and hot tub were amazing!! All the beds were very comfortable. Was perfect for a 5 girl weekend getaway!! Tim was incredibly communicative and checking in was a breeze. The location is PERFECT in East Hampton!! So many amazing restaurants and bars nearby. 100% will stay here again for my next Hamptons trip. Thank you so much Tim!!

I booked Jennifer’s listing for a girl’s weekend getaway with my friends and she went above and beyond with her communication, recommendations, and hospitality. She was quick to answer any questions I had and her house was beautiful, remote, and peaceful. Even though we didn’t have the best weather, we still were able to enjoy the beautiful backyard and heated pool, and the house was spacious enough for all 8 of us to stay comfortably! The Beach Plumb was lovely! Everything was as advertised. The distance to town and the beach, the spacious layout, and the amenities are among the things that made our stay great

The location is fantastic, the beach is wide, sandy, well kept, with a couple bar/restaurants just a short walk. The room is compact but was very clean with a comfy bed and good water pressure for showering off the sand. Host is responsive. Checkin instructions are clear and worth paying close attention to the because the blocks between shore rd and the beach only interconnect within each beach club.

Met all of our needs to be close to family in the area for an event. It's very spacious and the beds are comfortable. The spiral staircase was steep and narrow, but we made it work. Thanks for a great overall stay!

Lisa and I enjoyed our stay at Laurens place. Felt right at home. Very clean, open space. We had the best time and did not want to leave. We will be back for sure.

Just had a wonderful stay at Robert’s place! The place was impeccably clean, and Robert was incredibly responsive and friendly throughout our visit. While the manor has a charmingly vintage vibe and could use a bit of modernization, we truly enjoyed our time there. The warmth of the atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. We recommend for anyone looking for a cozy getaway!

You can not beat this location - quiet private beach right across the street, nice pool and about a 20 minute walk to town or super short car ride. The place is clean, as pictured and John was great to deal with. Will definitely be back!
