Spacius house in quite area with private parking. Very clean with beautiful main bedroom. Safe and secure

atmospheric, stylish, private. One of the best houses you can find in Chiang Mama, if possible, would be happy to extend for a month. the only thing that caused confusion was the presence of fake books on the shelves. It is worth saying that we met them in all the houses of Chiang Mai, where we stayed. but it's even funny, I've never seen this in my life:)

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa for our New Year celebration. The property was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable experience. Highly recommended for group gatherings or special occasions!

The landlord is really very nice, the car is also very convenient, the house is very clean, very cozy, the location is also very good, the location is also very close to everywhere, it is also very close to the airport, suitable for short and long stays are very good, I don't want to leave, I will definitely go again next time.

Amazing place a little outside of Chiang Mai town. After arrival you will be amazed by the hotel like entrance, restaurant on side and pool area with scenic mountains on the back. But there are only 3 bungalows so everything is very private. Host is very friendly and has great recommendations what to do and where to go. There is a fridge with craft beer next to the pool which you can take anytime and just tell the host what you got and pay once you check out. Restaurant was unfortunately closed as we stayed on a Monday but got very good reviews on google so I’m quite sure it will be good and a pity we couldn’t try. The design of the garden blends very well with the nature and the space is actually huge. There is even a pond at the back of the property with quite a nice amount of rare birds to be seen..... recommend if your are a birder. Overall we had a fantastic stay and we’ll be back for sure

Napat’s place is very stylish and detailed. This is very nice place to stay in Nimman area. Walkable to many nice Cafes and Restaurants 🫶🏻

Apart from the fitness room whose amenities are out of order, the house is large, well-equipped, well maintained, it was a pleasure to stay there.

Stayed with my family for a week and felt like a home. The hosts tooks great care of us and made us breakfast every morning and took care of laundry and more! We loved the pool and feel of the place. Highly recommend it.

We had an absolutely AMAZING stay at the Nimman Villa 17… our host Nina was the most friendly, helpful and kind woman. She made our stay extra special. We had delicious different pastries and bites delivered every morning and even after we left, she let us know we left some things behind and we were able to go back and retrieve them. The hospitality here was above + beyond and even though the price was a little steep for our liking, the service and location made it worthwhile! We would most definitely stay at the villa again if we were to come back to Chiang Mai. Thank you Nina for a wonderful stay!

Comfortable hotel in an amazing location. Right next to a weed bar with a pool where you can ask to DJ your own music. Very friendly and responsive staff. Only thing to note is that you end up with a room on the second floor you’ll hear the music from next door until midnight. Staff warned us about this during check-in and it was no problem for us, but definitely aim for a first floor room if you’re not there to party.

We had a wonderful stay at Chandra Residence. Shanee and Uli were the most wonderful hosts, always available to help and assist with everything. Location is just outside of Chiang Mai, in a very peaceful setting. Home itself is very large and has all needed amenities. Getting food delivered, transportation, massages in the property or a private chef experience was as simple as asking for it. Shanee and Uli truly have something very special in there. I don't think I will be staying anywhere else if back to Chiang Mai.

Stayed here a few times when travelling with friends to Chiangmai. Right next door to One Nimman so incredibly convenient to walk to restaurants, cafes, shops and bars in the Nimman area. Well equipped house with a pool. 4 en-suite bedrooms upstairs. A real oasis.

What a great place for a big group. Lots of beds, space and fun little pool in a great location. Yes you can hear planes go over between 7am and 11pm but that would happen anywhere in the happening town of Nimman. The daily breakfast and clean doesn't happen anymore as per previous older reviews. Cleaner comes every 2nd day and does a great job. Would stay again.

This property was an oasis within Chiang Mai. The staff was friendly and always helpful. The pool was great for relaxing and cooling off in after a day of touring around the city.

After a long day of multiple activities, we decided to spend a night in Chiang Mai. Guy was very accommodating. He accepted our reservation within short notice. He personally greeted and showed us around the property. The communication was superb. His house was spotless and even more beautiful in person. 8 bedroom/10 bath were more than enough for our family of 14. All the beds were comfortable and the pool was a hit for the kids. Many restaurants, convenience store, 7/11 were just a short walk; not far away from downtown. We would definitely stay here again.

Huge villa for group, a little bit out of central but easily manage with taxi/grab. perfềct location for our group getaway weekend

The environment is very green, the place is large and quiet, a good place to rest, the owner and housekeeper are very friendly, there is a cleaning lady who comes to clean every day, it feels like home.

We had a lovely time in this neighborhood of Chiang Mai! easily accessible in Grab, in the center but not too much and with a nice street life. A nice place nearby for delicious breakfasts. the accommodation was well organized clean, and upon arrival, water and small snacks were offered to us! Really, I recommend it!

It was the accommodation I chose for a family trip, and it was the perfect place for my family to stay. It was the best accommodation where both parents and young children were satisfied, and in particular, the host Fatimma and her staff were very kind and responded perfectly, so I think it will be a great memory. If you're thinking about this place, I hope you choose it ~

It is made of teak wood, so there are no bugs and all conditions are good.

We had an AMAZING stay! Everything was great from the comfortable rooms to the beautiful pool and the incredible host! The villa was so peaceful and relaxing that none of us wanted to leave! The host went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of! The breakfast that was served every morning was delicious! The beds were big and very comfortable with 5-star hotel linen quality! There was a pool table and many other games to play along with as well as smart televisions to stream movies or music! The location was excellent and we were provided with a van driver to take us wherever we wanted to go for reasonable charge! Overall a great experience and will definitely be back again if ever in Chiang Mai!

I'm satisfied, it's beautiful. I had a great experience staying with a friend. I'll have to choose this place next time.

Check in was very easy. I didn't need to meet the host in person. The accommodation was as described and beyond expectations when the garden was very large . The plants are well taken care of. Clean water pool. Free water and snacks are available. Toys for kids.
