Holiday rentals with a patio in Hang Dong

The apartment was exactly as advertised, extremely clean and very close and walkable to old city! There were many restaurants and cafe at walking distance and lots to do!! Would recommend for a longer term stay as well!

It is a very nice apartment, well-equipped with everything you need. The bed is large and very comfortable. The apartment building itself feels like a high-end hotel, with the rooftop infinity pool, which offer absolutely stunning views. The host was the most welcoming I've ever meet on Airbnb. Though it was a self-check-in, they provided incredibly helpful information to me. Including recommendations for excellent local spots like the JJ Market (a great weekend market in Chiang Mai), some nice restaurants, and very useful local tips. All of this info greatly enhanced my trip.

Very nice property with all the amenities you could ask for. 7-11, KFC and more directly across the street. More restaurants,nightlife and more close by. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back.

The room is away from the main road, so you can have a quiet rest. If you call Bolt, it will come within 5 minutes and you can go anywhere in the city within 80 bart. And you can get Grab delivery in no time. There are no pests by sealing the front door gap. There was no problem using the elevator and the amazing rooftop pool, At this price, it's practically the best place to stay.

This stay is amazing! It is exactly what we are looking for, private, peaceful, nice scenery, and amazing amenities! We arrived a little later than expected as we didn't expect the drive it would take. The stay was ready for us when we arrived. The place is pretty private with neighbours about 100m away from us. We really love the place as it has all the things we needed for our stay. If you are looking for a private place for your fam or love ones, peaceful, private and great ammenities! Look no further!

We had an amazing time at the villa with our family! The place is very family-friendly — the fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare breakfast every morning, and the kids absolutely loved the pool. It’s located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, which gave us real peace of mind. A perfect spot for a relaxing family getaway. Highly recommended.

Stayed at Hong's place for 5 nights, super super responsive host that also gave us some great local food recommendations :) A little more mosquitoes this time round bcos of the rainy season, but it wasn't an issue if you stay indoors! Plus the airbnb was well equipped with all kinda of mosquito repellent/swatter/spray etc :")) A great location to stay at, easy to get around with the Bolt/Grab app! Had a wonderful stay at Jorge’s place. The entire team that manages the property was so responsive and helpful, which made all the difference. There were plenty of amenities for a comfortable stay. The pool and lawn area were great with kids! The only note I would make is that I felt either a car or motorbike was absolutely necessary. There is a 7-eleven, pharmacy, and restaurant somewhat nearby, but the road is narrow and no sidewalk with the cars zooming by. It was doable but not encouraging for an everyday walk, especially if the weather wasn’t cooperating.

The overall place is very comfortable and as clean as new. The furnishings and supplies have no strange odors. It’s very close to the airport, about a 15-minute drive to the city center. The neighborhood is very quiet, and the living environment is quite pleasant. The air conditioning is sufficient. The only downside is that the shower head has low water pressure, which may require a bit more time. When issues arose, the landlord responded quickly. They were able to resolve household problems on the same day, and I am very grateful for their service.

The villa was very cozy and nicely furnished. It was well stocked with food like eggs, apples and milk among other things. There were also extra towels provided for us. There was enough activities on the compound to keep my kids occupied. They provided towels for the pool, games in the villa and other activities like badminton and golf which my kids enjoyed very much! Would fully recommend the villa to all who are planning to come to Chiang mai!

It was clean and quiet, so I rested well. It was convenient because there were many bathrooms. There are no convenience stores or restaurants nearby, so you have to bring snacks or eggs.

Absolutely loved my stay here. So much that I extended the trip, which Rita was very accommodating with. I travelled solo as a female and found the building and surrounding area to be a place where I felt very safe. It’s a great location with Maya mall 3min walk away (I loved Minimal coffee on 2nd floor), there’s an amazing local place open for breakfast and lunch just to the left when you exit. You’re on the doorstep to Nimman market, gyms, tonnes of places to explore! And getting to the old town is about 10min drive. Would definitely return. Thank you.

Great place for a quick stay in Chiang Mai, amenities were amazing

The condo was very comfortable to stay in. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, including laundry detergent, which made our stay very pleasant. The room was also clean, and we were very satisfied overall.

The property looked exactly like the photos. Jessie was very friendly and polite and gave us some restaurants recommendations. Highly recommended!

Whether we were sipping morning coffee by the window or returning from a day out, the space embraced us with warmth and beauty. Nicha has truly created a sanctuary that balances style, comfort, and practicality in the most graceful way. We left with hearts full and memories richer for it. The highlight was the soft bed and the quality of linen used. We fell in love with it and missed it in every other place we stayed in Thailand after that. 🤗

We had a great month long stay at Amornrat’s place! The condo was by far the best we have stayed in Thailand, with an amazing pool and gym. The room itself was spacious, clean and well equipped. Location is quiet and close to the mall and a cheap grab into the old town. Highly recommend this place!!

The accommodation is big and nice ~ Please note that there are some ants coming out.. When using the pool, it is necessary to call staff, and there is an additional cost for the gym ~ Other than that, the bed is fluffy and nice.
