The bed was comfy, the layout was spacious, and the greenery wall was a wonderful touch. The host was kind, responsive, and made everything feel easy and welcoming. I had an amazing stay at this brand new apartment! Even before booking, the host was incredibly helpful, they sent over a detailed video tour and additional photos since the unit was newly listed, which really helped me feel confident about my decision. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures! Bright, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. The host was also very accommodating and responsive, providing extra items I requested like a clothes iron and cleaning supplies. Everything was ready and set up upon arrival. The cleaning staff were also very friendly. The space itself was perfect for working remotely, with good natural light, a comfortable workspace, and beautiful views of the lake, especially at sunset. I highly recommend this unit for anyone looking for a quiet, cozy, and elegant place to stay in Hanoi. Would definitely come back!

Ngoc is a fantastic host, with very quick replies and her apartment is a great place to stay if you would like to be close to all that you need in the old quarter of Hanoi whilst also having a private, relaxing and quiet place to go back to. Overall a 5 star experience!

Great location! Train street is about a 3-minute walk away. :) Host is very proactive, responsive, and accommodating of our needs. Even assisted us in securing our transportation to the airport!

The actual basic and the same photos, 15 minutes walk from the lake, there are two coffee shops in the community, which is suitable for a slow living state.

This place is incredible. It looks the same with the photos posted. The place is also accessible to restaurants and shops. The only thing I’m concerned is there’s no exhaust in the water closet. But all in all, I recommend this place.

The room is designed to be very bright, with comfortable bed sheets and bedding, making it ideal for a large group of friends to stay together. You can also see the sunrise from the balcony. During check-out, we could temporarily store our luggage at the guard house downstairs. For late-night entry, you need to use a key to open the iron gate downstairs, which feels relatively safe 👍🏻.

Unbeatable location in the heart of the old quarter, yet hidden from the noise. The listing matched the description and had all the listed amenities. Communication with the host was always lightning-fast. Kien politely responded to all of my questions. Very well worth the price. Things to consider: - the apartment is basically on the fourth floor with narrow stairs and no elevator access. People with big luggage/mobility issues may find it difficult to access the unit. - the listing is in an alley which can be accessed from two sides, so it was a bit confusing at first when the driver dropped me off at the side different from the one in the host’s picture description. - no street facing window, but a nice balcony with a sitting area. - all of the appliances are in either Japanese or Vietnamese with no English instructions. However, Kien was super quick and thorough to explain how everything works. Despite all of the above, I’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

A beautiful home to stay at with zero complains which is owned by a very good host who goes out of his way to help with what you need and is very responsive.

i had a pleasant stay at Chau's place. The room was spacious, and the bed and sofa are comfortable. The place is also serene and private, while interior wise looks modern. I would recommend the place if you stay in Hanoi. Easy to check in and check out.

Had a wonderful stay in the apartment, it was exactly like pictures and host was very responsive.

I really liked the central location, made it easy to explore Hanoi--close to Hoan Kiem Lake, the Old Quarter, and good shopping and restaurants. The room itself was very well-furnished, and the shared washing machine/dryer combo was a nice plus. My only real "critique" was that there were sometimes some loud noises/neighbors in the night, but ultimately that is something outside of the owner's control. Overall, a very good listing!

We had such a lovely stay at this flat near the Ecopark! The host was incredibly friendly and helpful from the start—super quick to respond and full of great local recommendations for places to eat and explore. When we got a little lost, they were quick to guide us, which we really appreciated. The flat itself was comfortable and had everything we needed—we just wish we could have stayed longer! Would definitely recommend and hope to come back again one day.

I would definitely recommend this apartment. It is located in a nice building centrally located in Ho Tay. There are lots of good food options nearby. The apartment is clean, has modern furnishings, and Duc is a response, kind host. The only draw back is that there is some noise from the street nearby at night, but it was not enough to affect my sleep. I slept like a baby. The bed is also very comfortable. I will likely stay here again. 5/5 :)

spotless, really like this kind of room style, simple and comfortable luxury, everything is very new and very clean, the host is being kind and helpful and always make the communication easy and comfortable, and right, the big balcony is definitely a plus, love it a lot, and there is cafe shop full of the street, you would surely have a great time.staying here, looking forward to the chance to come back

Enjoyed our stay as a group of 4. Good amenities- we made use of the washer & dryers especially. Host was kind enough to help us arrange transport to the airport on our last day. It's a few minutes away but definitely a quieter place to stay, away from the hustle and bustle of Old Quarter.

We can’t recommend this accommo enough. The space was perfect for 2 couples. Used the upstairs patio so much. Appreciated the snacks and water and coffee. Thankyou Quynh Communication was excellent. Early check in was so appreciated as well. Plenty of towels. Thankful for the washing machine and liquid after being away for a week. Would definitely stay here again when we visit next. Highly recommend. Great little restaurant next door
