Located facing the sea, refurbished accommodation suitable for a couple with two children. The kitchen is well equipped but is not very large, the sitting area with TV is equipped with a 2-seater sofa. 20-minute walk to the city center and 2-minute walk to the beach, also close to all amenities.

Parking is free on the street or paid in a parking lot located 100 m away. Exclusive internet access, common courtyard, private cellar for bicycles.

In the apartment there are 2 TVs (one located in front of the bathtub and the other in the bedroom) with a Netflix account.
