Cozy archipelago cottage on a lake plot with its own dock, patio and fully equipped kitchen. The cottage is located on the island of Långgarn, 7 minutes by my boat from Söderby pier. Can also pick up/drop off by car at the commuter train Tungelsta station, included. Free parking is available at Söderby dock. Access to 2 kayaks, 1 paddle board, and wood-fired sauna with outdoor shower. Close to a public sandy beach, 200 meters. Nice outdoor toilet with lake views. Very nice walking paths around the island, which is about 3 km long. There are no stores on the island.

Modern house in the middle of nature

Guest house of 30 square meters in a high position in the middle of the peninsula with walking distance to lovely swimming in both the sea and lake. On the peninsula, there are several nature reserves where forests and dramatic rock formations offer beautiful viewpoints and hiking. The nature and silence make this a very relaxing place. Stockholm can be reached in 30 minutes by car, by bus in 60 minutes. On the front, there is a balcony and garden that provides privacy from the main building. On the back is a newly-built terrace overlooking the forest.

Unwind in the hot tub under the stars. Here, you can breathe in the calm while the city pulse is only a 15-minute drive away. Without a car, you can easily get in by bus instead. Sjöstugan, Johannesdals gård Yxlö, Nynäshamn

Sjönära mysig stuga på 40 kvm med fönster ut mot havet och bryggan. Veranda med utemöbler. Golvvärme i hela huset och även braskamin i vardagsrummet. En korg ved ingår. Öppet kök med ugn, spis, micro, kaffebryggare, tekokare, kyl/frys och diskmaskin. Vardagsrum med bäddsoffa (140cm) och bord/stolar. Sovrum med 2 sängar. Toalett och dusch. Kanot finns att låna sommartid. Övrig tid i samråd. Husdjur och rökning ej tillåtet. Sängkläder, handdukar, kökshanddukar ingår. 45 min bilväg från Stockholm.

Skärgårdsstugan

Skärgårdsstugan med havsutsikt, egen badplats,brygga,altan,grillplats.Trappor ner. Boendet är i vår gäststuga med WC o dusch,stor altan och nära skog och fiske. Läget är lugnt med skogspromenader runt knuten. Fyra personer bor i stugan och två personer bor i ett annex. I annexet WC o pentry, får fyrfota vän bo, men endast där, med allergi- hänsyn till andra gäster. På kvällarna kan man ”mysa” framför braskaminen. Wifi finns. Ej TV. Njut med fördel av solnedgångar över vattnet från altanerna!

On a fantastic lake plot with sun all day and a lakeview from the accommodation, this redhouse of 55 sq.m. is located on part of our large plot. There is a sauna by the water, bathingdock and grassy areas. Wintertime we drill an ice sink for swimming. Living room with dining table, sofagroup and fireplace. Well-equipped kitchen with i.a. dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge and freezer. Bedroom with 180cm bed. Bathroom with shower and flushtoilet. Washing machine and dryer. Stockholm City 25 km

House only 20 minutes from Stockholm City. The view and surroundings are spectacular. It is a natural lake reserve with beautiful forrest where you will walk alone and just hear the birds. From both the room and the sauna you have the lake just outside the window and there is such a feeling of tranquility. The house fits 2people. Extra guests will get new black house next door. Possible with up to 7 people. 2 guests in the RED lakehouse and 5 people in the new BLACK house 20 meters from lake.

Next door to the nice summer restaurant Bykrogen. - Dogs are okay - Sheets available to rent, SEK 125/person - Departure cleaning possible for SEK 500 - 500 meters to swimming - 700 meters to Spränga jetty - 3.5 km to Gruvbryggan

Välkommen till vårt gästhus, beläget på idyllisk gata med egen bastu och badrocksavstånd till stranden. Inom fem minuters promenad finns mataffär, restauranger och busshållplats som tar dig till Gullmarsplan på 20 minuter. I stugan finns Wifi, sällskapsspel, fullt utrustat kök, gratis parkering (med tillgång till el), uteplats med grill. Dock ingen TV. Oavsett om du längtar efter semester med familjen, en helg med din kära eller bara tid för dig själv så ser vi fram emot att välkomna

Cottage close to nature – just 100 meters from the lake!

Mysig liten stuga i enklare standard med sjöutsikt – endast ca 100 meter till småbåtsbrygga med badmöjlighet i sjön ’Orlången’. Stugan har två uteplatser och fri parkeringsplats för två bilar. Cirka 22 minuter med bil från centrala Stockholm finner du Vidja som erbjuder ett svårslaget lugn med fågelkvitter, badsjöar och naturreservat runt knuten. OBS! Ombyggnationer av vägar pågår i hela närområdet. Byggtrafik kan förekomma under dagtid måndag–fredag (07.00-16.00)
