Apartment is located separately in a lake villa in very peaceful quarters. From the studio it is about 10 meters to the house's swimming jetty and 500 meters to Tyresta National Park. In the garden, there is a pool and sun deck shared with the other residents of the house. Possibility to rent a kayak and bike. Free parking on the property and bus connection nearby, about 1.5 miles to central Stockholm.

The house has a comfortable standard and with 9+2 beds and is located within short walking distances from one of the best beaches you will find in the archipelago. It has a large wooden porch with a fire heated hot tub (accessible from may to september) and plenty of seating areas.
