Holiday rentals with a patio in Hanoi

This place exceeded expectations! The photos truly represented the space, and June was an absolute gem - super accommodating and responsive. The neighborhood is easy to navigate, super walkable, and surrounded by amazing local food joints and cafes right outside the door. 100% recommended! Would definitely stay here again.

A great place to stay! It’s small, but has everything you need; it’s really clean and tidy, and seems new. The shower is good and the air con works great and is quiet. There is a balcony onto the main street, and the window is very good at keeping out the noise!! Duc was a pleasure to communicate with, always helpful and ready with suggestions! We really would have loved to stay longer, and we will definitely revisit Duc when we come back to Hanoi! 🙏

The actual basic and the same photos, 15 minutes walk from the lake, there are two coffee shops in the community, which is suitable for a slow living state.

Great Airbnb in a lovely neighborhood of Hanoi. Very close to the main areas, but peaceful for Hanoi. I would highly recommend this traditional, Vietnamese house.

Superb place to stay if you are in a big group. The hosts are AMAZING. Very helpful and extremely responsive. I've never met a host who respond so quickly. The place is very clean and has everything. All rooms are like mini apartments. 2 rooms have one king bed and 3 rooms have 2 double beds. So great for families. We all loved our stay. Whenever we used to go for our day trips they'd clean up the place. They would even fold our clothes lying around. Note: first floor has 1 room. 2nd floor has 2 rooms. 3rd floor has 2 rooms. 4th floor has game room and outdoor bar area with laundry machines. So be mindful that there are a lot of stairs. Moving luggage became a little difficult. Besides that everything was perfect.

Great accommodation, spacious. And the best part of it is definitely location! You are in the middle of everything while staying there. The host was very responsive and minor issues were solved immediately. There are all the touristic spots you can imagine - coffee shops, restaurants, big lake, water puppet show, massage parlours, hairdressers etc. The building itself is located in a cozy little alley. It's not perfectly quiet, but is away from main streets and heavy traffic. Recommended place, especially for a big group.

Tuan was a wonderful host! The team was very responsive and gave local recommendations. They were also very accommodating. The location is prime in old quarters without being too noisy/close to bar street. It's across from a coffee shop which was a nice way to start the day. The place itself was charming and we felt cool even in June. Would definitely stay again!

I have traveled to almost 17 different countries and this is the best value for money deal that I've ever found in my life and such an amazing place such a beautiful place right in front of the lake surrounded with greenery amazing garden amazing place super clean everything was amazing but if you're scared of lizards there were a few because of the garden iotherwise the place was super amazing I don't know if I could be able to find a better place for such price in my life. And the host was super responsive, very cooperative. She let us check in three hours early, and everything was amazing.

Here’s why: Modern and stylish interior Located in a safe, family-friendly area Grocery store and a great café just 1 minute from the door Nice view from the apartment Comfortable bed Ocean Park is a great place to live. Calmer and with (a bit) better air quality than central Hanoi The host was very friendly and always responsive. Any request I had was handled quickly and professionally. I’ll definitely book this place again when I return to Hanoi. 2 things that you need to know: - Ocean Park is about 35–50 minutes by car from Hanoi city center. A Grab ride costs between 250,000–450,000 VND one-way, depending on your destination. - On some evenings and weekends, the apartment Wi-Fi speed dropped below 6 Mbps, so I had to switch to a café or mobile hotspot for video calls.

Listing looked like described. There is everything you need in the area. I liked that it is much quieter than in the city. The host was always available for questions. I had a wonderful stay.

It was my first time visit in Hanoi and the airbnb was amazing. Location near the train street it was easy to walk and find beautiful spots. The airbnb had all the amenities available and even some free snacks. Totally loved the place

i came back for the 2nd time for work and also left soon but still satisfied about everything as the first time. the host proactively contacted and supported. i liked their design taste, each time was a different good experience. hope they will continue to keep everything perfect when I come back. highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay at Helen’s place in Hanoi! The apartment was clean, complete with everything I needed, and incredibly comfortable — a perfect home base for exploring the city. Helen was an amazing host: warm, responsive, and always ready to help with great local tips. Me and my Highschool friends truly felt welcomed and taken care of. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Hanoi!

Stayed at Huyen’s place for the 2nd time. I love how neat her unit is. Everything was organized and amenities were complete. Walking distance from the nearest mall entrance/exit. The floor needs a little bit of sweeping and mopping; there were few drink stains but it was not really bothersome. Thank you, Huyen, for being such an accomodating host!
