This is a two-story detached house located a 2-minute walk from Exits 3 and 4 of Kachiul Station on Line 7. The price includes the fee paid by the guest to Airbnb. There is plenty of greenery, making it a good place for a walk, and it is surrounded by small mountains, making it cozy and quiet. It has 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, and 1 spacious living room, and is about 116 m2 in size. Parking is available for 2 cars in front of the house. Natural Ecology Park is a 10-minute walk away. Bernecheon Trail. Cafe Street is 5 minutes away. Restaurants. 10 minutes to the Natural Ecological Park and Botanical Garden. Gimpo Airport is 15 minutes by car and 20 minutes by train. There are 3 other traditional markets within a 10-minute drive. There is a convenience store 1 minute away on the left side in front of the house. Our house is 10 minutes by taxi to Gimpo Airport It is located a 5-minute walk from Jeungmi Station on Line 9, so you can easily go anywhere in Seoul. My guest house is located 5 minutes from Subway Line No.9 Jeungmi station, it is very easy to trip every Seoul City. (It is convenient to live in Yeouido, Sinchon, Hapjeong-dong, E-Mart, Homeplus, and movie theaters..) The advantage of our house is that it is well lit. There is an independent kitchen, so you don't have to worry about the surroundings. You feel comfortable, because the house is lighted by windows and separated kitchen.
