Tiny house holiday rentals in Hardanger

2 nights in the most beautiful surroundings we have ever experienced. Waking up to the view of an impressive landscape - a lake surrounded by snow covered mountains - is more than one can wish for! They were both very welcoming, sweet and so helpful, and we felt right at home. The area is perfect for hiking and experiencing the breathtaking nature of Telemark. We hiked to Kvikkevann, and had the mountains all to ourselves. Such an amazing experience, and we will definitely come back😍

The accommodation is as described, perfectly suitable for a week, very well equipped, I highly recommend it to anyone. Trine readily answered every question. Thank you for having us!

Es war mit Abstand die schönste Unterkunft, an die wir uns in all unseren Reisejahren erinnern können. Jedes Detail ist klug und sorgfältig durchdacht, man merkt, dass Sverre das Haus mit viel Leidenschaft und Liebe zum Detail gebaut hat. Fußbodenheizung! Ein kleiner Backofen in der Küche! Felle auf den Sofas! Frische duftende Bettwäsche! Hausschuhe! Filzunterlagen zum Draußensitzen! (Mir fallen noch 20 andere Sachen ein.) Wir bedauern, nicht länger geblieben zu sein (nur 2 Nächte) und werden gerne wieder kommen. Das Hobbithaus ist jeden Kilometer Fahrt und jede norwegische Krone wert. Danke Sverre!

Petit coin de paradis avec cette cabane à la vue magnifique. Dag est tout ce que l on souhaite chez un hôte : accueillant, sympathique, drôle et de bons conseils. Il fait tout pour que le séjour soit parfait et ce fut le cas. Merci pour tout je recommande sans hésitation...

This is one of our all time favorite AirBnB spots! The bed was very comfortable, which was appreciated after long days of travel, hiking, and exploring the area. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals and comfortably enjoy eating at home. It was so nice having our own quiet space to relax, watch the birds, and recover from some very busy days. We took a couple quick swims in the fjord and enjoyed the patio space as well. Ulvik is an adorable town with character and friendly faces, and we’d love to come back!

Eine spontane Buchung am selben Tag war noch möglich und das Haus war super cozy und hatte alles was man brauchte. Wer auf seinen Kopf aufpassen kann und ein Klo über den Hof nicht stört sollte die extra Meile fahren um hier zu übernachten!

Wir hatten wirklich schöne Tage in der Hütte mit Blick auf den Fjord. Therese war immer erreichbar und hat schnell geantwortet. Beate und Jochen

We had an amazing stay at Helene’s small beautiful farm. We loved everything about our stay: the little cute cabin, the baby lambs and their moms nearby, and wow the rushing creek, old saw mill, and the available canoe with the enormous, gorgeous lake to paddle on made the visit unbelievably beautiful. The refrigerator in the cabin was helpful as was the modern bathroom in the barn. The old stove was fun to cook on and we loved having a wood fire outside too. Note to other visitors: This is an active, working farm—a great place to relax and learn and you will also get a little muddy.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Grzegorz Hütte. Alles war sehr sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Vielen Dank nochmals. Beate und Jochen

Après avoir traversé la forêt en 30min, nous sommes enfin arrivés à Villa Vannes. Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans la tiny house de Hilde, hors du temps. L'emplacement est juste incroyable, au bord d'un magnifique fjord où nous avons même pu apercevoir une baleine! Tout est fait pour se sentir au mieux, entouré par la nature. Nous avons pu profiter du lancé de hache, d'un très bon dîner et d'un petit-déjeuner concoctés par Hilde. Hilde est une hôte très agréable et réactive. Nous avons eu plaisir à partager avec elle. Nous recommandons vivement si vous cherchez une expérience hors du commun dans la nature Norvégienne!

Just a fantastic spot. Our stay here was a joy, beautiful and peaceful. We feel like we really lucked into a great part of Norway and a great property. Perfect weather allowed us to spend hours on the deck/dock enjoying the most beautiful view. Driving around the area and a few hikes into the mountains gave us plenty to do all day. There are two supermarkets nearby and just a few restaurants. Siderhuset Nola K restaurant in Na was great for lunch or dinner and worth the drive. The 5 course dinner at historic Utne Hotel was maybe not worth the high price tag in our opinion. Bondusvastnet hike was worth the drive as well. If you like wine or any liquor know that in Norway you can only get it at a state vinmonopolet. Closest is 25 miles so bring it with you from airport duty free.

Vidsyn Midjås er en skikkelig perle, det er nydelig laget til for at gjestene skal ha alt de trenger og mer. Fasilitetene er kjempefine, eget bad i nydelig stil, kjøkken i stilrent design med tilgang til frokost, og til og med en nydelig kurv for å få med seg mat til hytta. Nydelig med badstue og bading etter fjelltur! Og ikke minst helt fantastisk å sitte utenfor hytta og bare la utsikten av vakre Dalen synke inn- det er virkelig balsam for sjelen! Man vil ikke hjem herifra! Dette er stedet å reise til for å senke skuldre og skape gode minner! ❤️

I had a such a peaceful and restorative stay! The host was unbelievably kind and helpful, and the space was perfect for my needs. It was very cozy with nice lighting and candles, a beautiful view, and cute little touches throughout. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare myself food, the bed was very comfortable, and the space is very well thought-out in terms of amenities and space. The location is gorgeous and I went for a few beautiful hikes straight from the Airbnb, with some recommendations from the host. It feels very remote and removed, but the Stanghelle train stop is only a 30 min walk or 5 min drive, so it is very accessible even with public transit. I did not drive so I cannot speak to the parking, but the host very kindly picked me up from the train station and personally showed me how to get into the cabin. I highly recommend this space and host and will be keeping an eye out for when the next door cabin is finished, as well!

During our camping trip we took shelter in this home during a rainy day and one night. It’s a fantastic, small, cosy cottage so it was great to have a day inside in this house. The view is amazing and we saw a beautiful rainbow over the fjord. I can imagine that if the weather is nice that you can enjoy sitting in the garden.

Amazing birdbox in the middle of nature. Long, windy drive in on a gravel road - you just keep going and it feels sooo peaceful out there. We had a lot of rain but the birdbox was cozy and warm. We didn’t really cook dinner but we had everything we needed to make coffee and tea. Toilet incinerator was really cool! And gorgeous views!!

We had a wonderful stay at Leif's place. It is a cozy cabin located at a very peaceful place. Here it is possible to really connect with the Norwegian nature. Would most definitely stay again!

Unser Aufenthalt in Dags Hütte war sehr schön. In der Hütte konnten wir uns wunderbar entspannen und es uns bequem machen. Bei gutem Wetter war es zum Kanu oder zum wandern nicht weit. Dag hat uns eine super Tour empfohlen, den Kviptfjell und war auch sonst immer schnell da und hat uns ausgeholfen falls Fragen aufgekommen sind. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen und sind sehr froh, dort unseren Urlaub verbracht zu haben.

Gorgeous location. Peaceful walks right out the door. Close to Herdla which has quite a few interesting places like a bird sanctuary and sauna. The host is friendly and super helpful!

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin is beautiful, cozy and provides everything you could possibly need. There are tons of things you could do in the area, we went kajaking, to the high-rope & zip-line park and swimming in the lake Vangsvatnet. Alf-Olav was incredibly friendly, responsive and helpful. We can warmly recommend the cabin and would love to come back one day.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Oddgeir’s cabin. The place is beautifully decorated and very cozy. There were lots of little touches to create a warm atmosphere, like blankets, candles, and animal hides to sit on. The kitchen was very well equipped. The cabin is set in a peaceful and stunning location, you truly feel like you’re away from the world for a bit. Our dog felt at home very quickly and loved the great walking opportunities right in the area. We would absolutely recommend this place!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung sehr genossen und uns wohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht von der Dachterasse aus ist einmalig. Am Abreisetag hatten wir eine Panne mit dem Auto und durften länger in der Wohnung bleiben. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich. Klare Empfehlung! 😊

Die Unterkunft ist perfekt: geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, tolle Lage und super freundliche Hosts. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Hege und ihr Mann waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Nur zu empfehlen!

Spent 4 nights at the cottage after a hectic / wonderful 10 days traveling from Stockholm via the fjords to Bergen. Siri was a wonderful host and it was the perfect relaxing way to end to our holiday before heading home to kids, work and life! The cottage was cozy, charming and had everything we needed, but what really stood out was its location nestled right on the waters edge surrounded by nature. Would thoroughly recommend the cottage to couples, families and close friends that want to spend a few days enjoying the peaceful environment. Can't wait to visit one day again.
