This modern light filled 2 bedroom house with open plan living area offers spectacular ever changing views down the valley and across the sea to Kangaroo Island. The house stands alone on 2.5 acres. Secluded and private country property with 'walled' secret garden, olive grove, orchard, native and exotic trees. Generous living area with polished wooden floors throughout, a cook's kitchen and floor to ceiling glass doors. The main bedroom opens onto the deck and the garden beyond or the stars above. Enjoy the hot water outdoor shower under the sun or stars. (yes, we do also have an indoor shower) Watch the wildlife - native birds, kangaroos and the occasional echidna through the floor to ceiling picture window. There is also a resident family of hares. A short drive to Morgans Beach at Cape Jervis, Second Valley and Rapid Bay beaches. Discover the varied walks within Deep Creek Conservation Park with its stunning coastal scenery, or explore beyond to Tunkalilla, Waitpinga and Parsons Beaches along Range Rd to Victor Harbor. Visit the beautiful Raywood Nursery growing and selling exotic and native plants 5mins away on Tappanappa Rd, with a 1000yr old Grass tree in the carpark growing near the carpark. Closed Tuesday & Wednesdays. We have a dam on the property, which may or may not have water, so parents with young children will need to supervise them at all times.

Our fully self-contained apartment is set in a peaceful neighbourhood, a short stroll down to the jetty, new boat ramp and famous long white beach. The apartment is on the ground floor of our newly built two storey home. You have private access with no stairs or steps, parking at the front door, a well-lit driveway and entrance, off-street parking for boats, free wifi and reverse cycle air conditioning. The pod was designed by Troppo Architects and built by Oscar Builders . In recognition of the thought, design approach and build quality, the Klein Pod has been furnished sparsely but with quality and purposeful use in mind. The single unit has a small kitchenette, lounge area, queen bed and combustion heater. Out on the deck you can relax on the day bed. The shower is outside behind a rustic privacy screen.

You will love the ocean views from your bedroom, living, and patio. If the weather takes a turn you can still enjoy the views with a drink & nibbles from the living room window bar or snuggle up in the bbq area.
