The apartment is part of our garage, but with its own entrance with kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor and upstairs with bed and sofa etc. Beautiful outdoor environment with seating area and views of the river. Car to Sundsvall takes about 20 minutes.

Villa Graninge consists of a fresh apartment located in the High Coast in the genuine fishing village of Bönhamn. Here you can enjoy the tranquility and of forest walks as you live next door to the sea and a magnificent nature. The world heritage trail goes just outside the house. Swimming- barbecue facilities are just nearby. In the small village there is also the possibility to rent sea kayaks. Welcome to our home! We offer a bright and airy apartment in the center of Härnösand in the picturesque district of Östanbäcken. The apartment has two rooms, one bedroom and one living room (total 59 sqm) and it is located on the second floor of our courtyard house. In the bedroom, there is a double bed and in the living room, there is a day bed that can be transformed into a double bed. Unfortunately, there is no door to the living room, but we have put up a curtain that can be drawn. Parking is just outside.

Here you find a spacious apartment with 5 minutes with car to both Sundsvall and Timrå and only 20 min walk to the big shopping center Birsta City with IKEA, Media Markt etc. When you go outside the door you have a 30x15 m where you are ou are welcome to play or have a bbq. There are also black-currant and gooseberry bushes free four eating. On the other side of the house there is shared parking for about six cars and 20 meter from the road too Birsta and route E4.

Lägenheten har ett kök, sovrum, vardagsrum, finns även en tvättmaskin om det skulle behöva lånas. Handdukar finns att låna, sängen är bäddad med rena sängkläder när ni kommer. När ni sedan lämnar lägenheten så vill jag gärna att den ser ut som när ni kom, bädda rent med nya sängkläder och lägg fram rena handdukar.
