Welcome to this newly built house in beautiful Fällsvikshamn. The house was completed in the autumn of 2020, sea view and is close to the water. Fällsvikshamn is an older fishing village with old boathouses. You will live close to Rotsidan, bath from rocks or beach, hiking trails, excursion places, sea fishing and incredible natur. Underfloor heating in the hole house , and AC for sunny days. Wi-Fi, TV and normal housing standard. June-August only booking Sunday-Sunday.

Lägenheten har ett kök, sovrum, vardagsrum, finns även en tvättmaskin om det skulle behöva lånas. Handdukar finns att låna, sängen är bäddad med rena sängkläder när ni kommer. När ni sedan lämnar lägenheten så vill jag gärna att den ser ut som när ni kom, bädda rent med nya sängkläder och lägg fram rena handdukar.

There is also a washing machine in the cottage. This is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the rich nature that the island gives. Explore it by foot or bikes.

Skuleskogens National Park is half an hour away, one of Sweden's finest and coolest national parks. There is also a very nice hiking trail right by the property to the mountain top with mighty views.

Stay in a traditional and unique bakery cottage - an old loghouse, reesently renovated. Enjoy the coosy feeling in the kitchen when the wood stove is burning. Take a swim och go fishing in the lake, there is also a plain sauna. Explore and enjoy the wonderful nature! This is the perfect basecamp för outdoor-life and culture excursions. Easy to access from E4 but still enough far away.

Family-friendly accommodation close to both city and nature - only 8 km from Härnösand. There is a sandbox and toys both outside and inside for the little ones.
