The Roost at Hayden Lake

Escape to Hayden Lake. Our waterfront guesthouse is well-equipped for a relaxing stay in beautiful North Idaho. You'll find a modern rustic space with a fully stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace, serene surroundings, and an inspiring view of the lake. During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. Availability opens exactly three months before the date, so please check back if you're looking to book more than three months out.

Located 1.5 miles outside St. Maries. Explore the river by kayak, take a swim, or relax on the deck enjoying this little slice of heaven. Whatever the season, this is the perfect place for one or two adults to relax on the beautiful St. Joe River. We are exempt from hosting service or emotional support animals.

Cottage on a Ranch in Coeur d'Alene

This idyllic 40 acre ridge-top ranch cottage offers you a peaceful getaway near Coeur d' Alene. Enjoy wildlife and livestock during your stay. We allow up to two dogs at a fee of $20 for each pet. You pay this fee directly to the owners, please pay on arrival. This cottage has been remodeled for our guest with new flooring throughout, new linens, new dishwasher, and new ranch décor. FREE PARKING ON PREMISES. Outdoor cats reside on property. Not really suitable for children/infants due to small living space.

Providing an intimate environment, ideal for couples or individuals seeking a restorative retreat, this is the perfect place to slow down and surround yourself in natural beauty while exploring the trails or the many nearby Spokane highlights.

The Barn Suite

Welcome to the family “Barn” located on the back half of our property. This “Barn was relocated from an adjacent property in 1957 which was used as a chicken coop, a horse barn and then remodeled for the first time in the late 60’s to accommodate living quarters for Anne’s brothers. In 2023 this was stripped to the studs; everything is new including the exterior siding is for your enjoyment. This is a Non smoking and No Pet Suite/Property.
