Within 3 blocks are the 1912 Building, 2 schools, East City Park, county & city offices, library, post office, farmers market, & downtown Moscow. The U of I is just beyond, & WSU is a 15 min. drive. The self-contained LOWER level of the house consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, laundry/mudroom, & an open living space spanning the kitchen, dining, & living room.
