The house is located at Rådasjön with a private jetty - 10 minutes from Gothenburg city center. Private parking with driveway to the entrance. The house has its own jetty in Rådasjön with associated dock that you can see from the 100 sqm terrace. The house is newly built in 2019 with all amenities you could need. Since we have children from 4-18 years old, there are toys for all ages. On the terrace there is a barbecue, sofas, good chairs and a dining area for 8-12 people. P.S. Det här är ett perfekt ställe för familjer med barn. Både huset och omgivningarna! Det tar knappt 5 min att gå ner till Tulebosjön och bada. Det finns bryggor och är barnvänligt. Skogen med stigar och Bohusleden ligger 500 m bort. Till Göteborg tar det 15 min med pendeltåg från Kållered C.
