There are 2 floors and a basement (there is a laundry room, sink and toilet. 4 bedrooms, kitchen, large dining room and large living room, TV in 3 bedrooms. Fully equipped. Close to bus stop that takes you to Gothenburg in 15-20 minutes. 10-minute bike path to the beach. Walking paths. Terrace of about 50 square meters (expanded since pictures were taken). There are soccer goals. Close to grocery store, 10-15 minutes to Liseberg by car. Great place to stay at Gothia Cup. 6 beds but can sleep more on the sofa which is large. Pets ok.

The house is close to a small lake and has a lot of balconies with a jacuzzi and views of the lake. The house is close to nature, running tracks, grocery store, bus stop, etc. The garden has an in-ground trampoline and playhouse. It takes about 15 minutes by car to Liseberg or you can take the bus that is nearby. Close to nature and beautiful surroundings but at the same time close to Gothenburg City and everything the city has to offer.
