This “hipster” house is filled with retro and reimagined furnishings. Warning: You may experience nostalgia! There are entry stairs at both the doors, which may limit ease of accessibility for some guests. Due to the age of the house and the amenities offered, this listing is not suitable for children under age 10.

The remaining rooms have 2 and 3 twin XL beds. A short 15 minute drive from Newton, KS. The lodge's western views show off some Kansas' best sunsets. Located within close proximity of Grace Hill Winery and The Barn at Grace Hill, the lodge is a perfect place for family or even a group of groomsmen to enjoy time together and make memories.

We are looking forward to your visit at the Grace Hill Grain Bin. This distinctive spot is perfect for a weekend getaway or for an entire week stay. The unique, custom-built house was constructed in 1988 from a 45' grain bin by my father. The house has a large pond, perfect for sunset views. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Enjoy smores at the fire pit, and watching the sunset from the porch swing.

This home is over 100 years old, loves having people in it, and comes with some quirks like good hygge, narrow doors, some cracks, and uneven floors. The whole house is decorated with 25 years of art collecting and making, various rocks, books, and found objects. The overall feel is cozy and welcoming and there is always something available to read or look at.
