If you love the ocean like i do this place is the perfect place to hear the waves crash from your room. I needed an escape and this was just the place to take away from the chaos. I will be looking out for openings in the reservations for future stays!

Bill was super helpful under challenging circumstances. He confirmed the reservation really quickly, which was needed. And when i needed extra assistance, it was provided without hesitation. It is a beautiful location, right on the beach. And the price was really reasonable for what we needed. Altogether a great experience!

What a wonderful place! The room was perfect for the four of us for a quick Cape trip! Everything was so clean and the staff was so friendly- the goats were an added bonus! We loved the Continental breakfast- communication was excellent! Thank you for such a great stay!

I have stayed here many times. it is a historic place that has not been totally upgraded. That is why it is affordable. I hope it never changes. I always love staying here.

This was such a fun visit. Jeanette made us feel right at home. The house is a treasure. The outdoors have so many areas to sit and visit. We loved being able to walk on the trail and have dinner and walk to the shuttle. Very comfortable and cozy stay!

We absolutely loved our stay here!! The accommodations were wonderful and we loved the location and Chatham in general. Whenever we come back, we will definitely look at staying here. The host had so many helpful list and tips for places to eat and things to do (and not do). There were also beach chairs and beach towels. It was a wonderful stay with an easy process checking in and out!!

We were so happy with our stay at Ocean Breeze Motel! Norbert and Joanna were so friendly, helpful, attentive and they work very hard! We stayed in the apartment and it was great to have plenty of space. We loved the personal touch of having the owners there and felt safe and at home. The pool was great to have for my 2 teenage boys and the beach is right down the street. Norbert and Joanna know the area well and give great recommendations for restaurants and activities too. We had a wonderful vacation and will be back next year!

Great hotel! Staff was friendly and accommodating, and it's located on a very active street with lots of cool shops and things to do. Plus, it's a 15 minute walk to the nearest public beach. Awesome!

Great accommodation experience

Great place to stay if looking for a spot to stay for the Cape Cod marathon! Within walking distance to the start (.8 miles) or a VERY quick drive to the start dependent on your preferences. If going for the marathon I highly recommend Paul’s Pizza and Seafood for some pasta the night before. Staff was friendly and place was clean. We would stay here again if in the area.

This not just a motel!! this place was a wonderful stay! norbert and his family live on property and make the place feel just like home! called to make sure he would be there when we were getting in late and even offered to open the pool up for us! we didn’t stay long but it was so nice to wake up to the small breakfast bar that they had and take a short walk to the beach!

Even though the location is near a busy main road it was quiet and peaceful. The inn was in excellent condition and well maintained. Instructions were clear and matched the description given. I enjoyed my experience and would consider returning in the future.

We had a fantastic time in Dennis Port! The place comfortably fit 5 friends and the staff was very accommodating when we asked for extra towels, etc. The location was perfect. Dave was very communicative and helpful before and throughout the stay. I would highly recommend!

My friend and I recently enjoyed our stay. The place was beautiful and cozy and in great location. Next to Orleans and north of Cape. Amy was extremely responsive and attentive. We would love to return in the summer where the weather will be better so we can enjoy the outdoors amenities.

Chris’s property and its location were great. We booked a long weekend away at the last minute with the forecast calling for picture perfect beach days, but the weather took a 180°. Even though there were 0 beach days and it rained off & on, it was nice to sit on the covered balcony and play cards while watching the waves and feeling the salty air. Chris is super responsive and was quick to answer me prior to booking that the room would be handicap accessible for our daughter. The room and the property were both clean. I would recommend staying in Chris’s property.
