The picture matched the listing, but the building was quite old and there was a lot of trash in the corridor. Although the professional photos made the apartment look great, it definitely needs maintenance. The chairs were dusty, but overall, it was a good stay. Khushboo was very helpful and responsive. If you are visiting Noida, you should consider this place; she is an excellent host.

It was indeed a good place to enjoy your time with homely vibes. Recommended highly.

The place was exactly as described and shown in the pictures- clean, cozy and very well maintained. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive at all times. He made everything smooth from check in and check out. I would highly recommend this spot, and without a thought I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit to the city.

The place is amazing and the host is responsive and understanding. A good place to party with friends and family. The only inconvenience is if you have a big car, then parking it outside is a bit risky as the streets are small. All the amenities mentioned work properly. A great stay overall.

A peaceful stay amidst the bustle of Mohali city. The surroundings were quiet, and the rooms were spacious, well-lit, and comfortable—even during a power outage caused by a storm. Surprisingly, it didn’t feel too hot despite our visit being in May. The host, Mandeep, was extremely proactive—alerting us about the storm, suggesting safe parking away from trees, and even offering his other property to freshen up the next morning when power and water were temporarily disrupted. Food and grocery deliveries reached the property without issue. AC and geyser charges were very nominal. Mandeep’s thoughtful approach made all the difference. Truly a home away from home—highly recommended! Let me know if you’d like a more casual or formal tone.

The property was good for bachelor as well as family get together. I found it similar to what I have imagined after seeing the pics provided on AirBnb portal. The host was super responsive and accommodating. In short a superb stay and value for money.

Piyush’s place is legit the cozy experience I was looking for. The place in real life is better than photos. This was by far the best designer bnb i stayed at. Piyush is a great and proactive host, he’s clear with instructions and responsive. What a worth getaway and would definately visit again.
