Hi everyone. 😊 This is Nicole and Chen. We invite you to stay in our home where we live with a little baby and two sweet little dogs. When we receive an offer, we vacate the house for your stay. Our home has a variety of treats like a large Intex pool and a luxurious movie room. For those who like cooking, there is a kitchen with a large island and lots of work space. Within walking distance of the house there is a synagogue, a coffee cart in a nursery, a supermarket, and a large mall. It is important for us to emphasize that this is our home and not a hotel, so it is important for us that whoever is staying will take care of our home as if it were their own 🙏🏼

A stunning house, parquet throughout the house, well-maintained and cared for. The house sits on half an acre, about 200 meters built. Very large master unit on the second floor with a huge, luxurious shower. There's an office, a family area for sitting. TV in the master bedroom and in the family area. Electric vehicle charging station! A rooftop Jacuzzi with cheap corners, a very well-kept yard. Ninja facility for children + football goal. Very important! The moshav is religious so it is closed on Saturday (you can shop 4 minutes' walk from the house). But you can't light a barbecue or play music in the yard during the Sabbath. The house is kosher for Passover*

The city center & the sea are close to 10 minutes. 5 minutes to the Tel Aviv/Haifa road and to the train station. A unique nature tour within walking distance. One mountain bike are ready for a trip in the area. In the house, you can enjoy a piece of good music and rare CDs & Vinyl and play a guitar.
