Loved the whole package. Location was amazing with walks to the beach, the local market on Sunday, some lovely shops to browse through. So close to lots of ‘must see’ activities. The unit was spot on with amenities that went over and above. The comfort of the beds was high along with lovely linen and quilts that meant our winter nights were incredibly comfortable. The additional kitchen grocery items and condiments were very much appreciated as a touch above when comparing to other places we have stayed. We could watch the replay of the football - winner. The communication was very comprehensive. Access was no problem, advice on parking appreciated. Would highly recommend.

House was big & spacious. Enough room for all of us. It was in nice & quiet neighbourhood. Good 25 minutes ride to city. Good host.

Our stay was very enjoyable and the accommodation was fantastic with all required amenities. The propert has a fantastic patio and backyard. the host, Maha, was wonderful and very helpful. He was very responsive and allowed us to check in late as per our convenience. i would highly recommend this property and host to future visitors.

I recently stayed here and had a great experience in such a beautiful and tranquil environment. The scenery around the house was fantastic, and we were able to enjoy the beauty of nature. They were also quick to respond to any needs or questions we had because we were able to get in touch with the owner. This made our trip even more comfortable. Lana’s villa was the perfect spot for a mid-summer family getaway! Not only was it cute, clean and fully equipped, It was walking distance to beautiful beaches, local cafes, playgrounds and shops. Lana was super quick to respond to messages and so helpful when needed. We had a wonderful time in her lovely space & can’t wait to be back again soon!

Perfect location, easy walk to Beach and restaurants. Townhouse was a great size, good spaces in the house too. Bbq was a great addition.

This is one of the best Airbnbs I have stayed. Everything is perfect, but my main highlights include: - spotlessly clean! The house even smelled amazing when we arrived. - thoughtful touches, like a bottle of wine and card for our arrival. - incredible kitchen, if you’re planning to cook while you’re there it has everything you need and more. The knives are great quality, the instant boiling water, the platters and bowls for entertaining, it’s all there. - the bathrooms are spacious and well designed. - the linen is great quality and the beds were incredibly comfortable. - the aircon worked beautifully, even on the really hot days/nights. - the pool was fantastic. Great size for teenagers and the spa was enjoyed by the adults most nights. - the laundry has quality washer and dryer, and a Dyson vacuum for a quick vacuum. - walking distance to great coffee at Koonya General store. - Katie was very responsive and helpful. We will absolutely come back and highly recommend!

Biarritz is a beautiful, stylish villa in a peaceful garden setting and Sylvie is an excellent host, always so friendly, responsive and helpful. We were three generations staying for eleven nights after Xmas and the five bedrooms, spacious, bright, open plan living, kitchen, dining areas suited us perfectly. The new spa and sauna were a well used added bonus. Sylvie has ensured every room is so well equipped, with all we needed plus many extras and thoughtful touches that we have not seen in other houses, and all is of a high quality. We had a great time in Mount Martha with super responsive friendly hosts. The place really is wheelchair accessible - which made life a lot easier for us.

Our 4 weeks stay at the "Settlers Run Golf Resort" Airbnb was exceptional! The friendly host, spotless house, and abundance of amenities made it feel like a home away from home. Communication was a breeze, and the flexibility of the host added to the overall positive experience. A perfect choice for a relaxing and enjoyable family getaway. Highly recommended!

My family and I had the liveliest time at Lisa's villa in the heart of the Ramada resort. surrounded by nature but with access to all resort facilities, we were never short of things to do. The villa is perfect, well appointed and had everything we needed, plus some lovely touches like Easter eggs and hot cross buns! Highly recommend and will definitely be back. Thanks Lisa!

Great little villa with brand new kitchen and amenities. Well appointed. Perfect size for our group of 7 with two bathrooms and one room on one side of villa and the rest on the other side. Great location, the Ramada resort is always lots of fun for the kids and they love it here. This is one of the better villas we have stayed at in the area with its freshened up look. Host was extremely responsive and attentive, would book again!

We were fortunate enough to stay here for almost a month and it did not disappoint! House was beautifully decorated and clean! Equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable long term stay. Annika was incredible helpful and responsive whenever we had any questions. Could not fault! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Avila. The house is very spacious and comfortably accommodated our large group. It had everything we needed to have a relaxing short break. The location is literally a short walk of 5 minutes to the beach. Summer was very easy to deal with and the instructions regarding the premises were clearly outlined in the house manual.

I had an amazing stay at Annie's place. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, offering great local tips and quick responses to any questions. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Philip Island.

We had an absolutely awesome stay at Craig’s house in Rye. The heated pool was spectacular and very relaxing. The grass area was great for kids to run around and play and the house was warm with nice modern bathrooms. We also loved that it was pet-friendly. Rye was a great area to holiday with lots to do for both teenagers and younger ones. Craig was very responsive, friendly and helpful as a host, and we definitely hope to return another year. I’ve stayed in Phillip island 3-4 times but this is the first time I stayed here and safe to say I would 100% be staying here again when I visit Phillip island. There are a lot of cabins/houses here but yet you still have your own privacy and everyone’s respectful. So much to do here, wouldn’t even need to leave the resort. Loved the gym, pool and go karts here. Loved the animals and the open track walks, we seen so many rabbits, possums and even horses.

Quiet and safe neighbourhood. Easy to park and great for large families. The lake view from the yard is truly stunning. Those with kids will enjoy the opportunity to feed the geese and ducks that come right up to your yard. The place is sparkling clean and host is very responsive to all our queries.
