From the apartment it is walking distance to all city amenities. The 3-room apartment is located on the second floor of a building built around 1899. Only a short walk to the coffee shop in the library park.

The apartment has been used as a viewing apartment for a number of residential magazines, and was presented in good morning Norway in light of sustainable renovation. No one lives in the apartment. Vil du ha en frokost i det grønne, kan du lage deg en kaffe på kjøkkenet, og spasere to minutter bort i Byparken og nyte den på en grønn benk der.
