Paula's place is spacious, and well appointed. All the expected amenities and in a stunning convenient location. Total privacy but Paula and Peter are close by if you need anything. Loved the rain shower and the super comfy couch for lazing around in the evenings. Centrally located to all the great eateries of Ponsonby, Mt Eden, Viaduct Harbour and Dominion Road are a short, cheap Uber away. Loved it :)

Great value for money in a good location. We didn't have the best weather so the Scrabble and Netflix came in handy. Lovely big clean bathroom and well equipped kitchen, it was just unfortunate the dishwasher was broken while we were there but it wasn't a biggie. Would recommend as a central location for day-tripping in the region.

We had an amazing stay at David and Sue’s. Everything was as described. Such a spacious yet homely feel with absolutely everything we could want. David was very approachable and helpful. Highly recommend a stay here. Would love to return

Stayed here for two months. Highly recommend this for anyone in the area for a longer period. It is very walkable to the centre of Hamilton. There are co-working spaces nearby (I used The Crate) if that’s something that’s important. Within a very short walk there is a car rental place and making use of that to explore the surrounding area was excellent. Good bus links and the buses take both Bee Card and Cash (at the time of writing). Fantastic place, would absolutely stay again if I am in the area

Leanne was a wonderful host; excellent with communication and very helpful. The accomodation has a stunning view and is beautifully kept - comfortable, clean and just right for our stay (a two-nighter). The location was excellent; close to the city which has wonderful restaurants - of note The Quay. Highly recommended.

Warren and Sandy's are just a really short walk away from Hot Water Beach. Sandy advised us on where to park before we arrived, and Warren greeted us upon arrival, showed us around and gave us tips on what to do in the area. Our little one enjoyed seeing the eels being fed in the morning too. I personally enjoyed Warren's home brew. A great place to stay!

We had a lovely stay! The place was incredibly spacious and very clean, with beautiful decor and thoughtful finishing touches that made it feel very homely. It was also surprisingly warm and cosy, which we really appreciated in the middle of winter. The best part was how peaceful and private it felt — a real retreat from the busyness of everyday life. We also loved that the hot tub was warm waiting for us! There was a great collection of board games, and the homemade bread was such a kind and delicious touch! Having Netflix already logged in was another bonus that made relaxing even easier. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and quiet getaway!

Lovely spot, cosy spacious place to stay

Me and my family booked Lawrences place for the long weekend. It was lovely! We walked in and the place was really clean and well decorated. We utilised the spacious kitchen, the beds were really comfortable. We all had such good sleeps, and overall we had an amazing stay! Thank you Lawrence for having us :)

Comfy and homely. Had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Appreciated the paper towels in the kitchen and the availability of recycling and food waste disposal which is not in many places.

This place was so cozy and loved the entire vibe. Highly recommend, great place to stay :)

Had a lovely stay here. House was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable, nice sheets and towels. Great to be able to bring our dog with us, fully fenced garden was perfect. Lots of board games, books and things to keep us busy on the rainy days. Tanya was lovely and met us at the door, we were given a tour and all the info we needed, including a quick rundown on the local restaurants and shops. Location was very good, close to everything but far enough away to be quiet. We appreciated being able to put the car in the garage as well. Would definitely recommend staying here 😊

Sharon was a friendly, informative host from the outset. The privacy of her place along with its amenities were perfect for our situation. We would not look to book elsewhere if in Whangamata again.

Stephen’s place was just as described, a comfortable apartment with a great view of the city. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to Woolworths and other amenities. The building also has a gym, which was a nice bonus. Stephen was friendly and easy to communicate with throughout my stay. Would definitely recommend staying here!

John’s apartment is not a great apartment. No, it’s a VERY great apartment, probably the best I have ever rented in Auckland. Ideally located, very well furnished, full of light, it ticks all the boxes.

Jame’s place was accurately described and exactly what we were looking for. Loved that it was walkable to great restaurants. Would recommend.

20 min walking to the hospital a small but nice room . isla is a very friendly. it was nice to see somebody after a whole at the hospital.

This was a very enjoyable Airbnb experience for us. The unit was great - top floor, well furnished & clean as shown in the listing. The location was amazing - great view of the Sky Tower from the balcony, quiet neighbors, close enough to walk almost anywhere downtown. The host provided detailed info for arrival and communicated well with us in a timely manner. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

We were very happy with our stay. The apartment was beautifully presented, and the location was very convenient. John’s responsiveness made it possible for us to book on short notice, for which we were very grateful. All in all, everything was flawless.
