My partner and I had a wonderful weekend stay. The place was incredibly quiet and private, perfect for a relaxing getaway. We really appreciated the lovely personal touches that made our holiday feel extra special. Everything was clearly prepared with care. Check-in and check-out were seamless, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. We’d absolutely stay here again.

The Shed was cute as a button. Lots of books, games (and toys if you have kids!). It was just my partner and I plus our wee dog. Used the outside bath one night which was fun - the lights out on the deck were so pretty. Beds were comfy although I had to sleep in the top bunk as the bottom bed was a tad too small for both of us. (I like to starfish) 😂 Toilet and shower were outside of the shed (in a separate room just next to the shed). Pity it was pissing down as it wasn’t very pleasant going outside to the bathroom space during the night. However great stay, Donna was lovely and had wine and chocolate for us on arrival which was a great touch!

We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful and peaceful place to stay, we absolutely loved our visit and would have stayed for a week if we could! We were made to feel at home straight away with such kindness, nothing was too much trouble. 100% recommended!

Coming from a busy town, my partner and I wanted a getaway from all the noise and just the busy lifestyle that we have and the chalet was the perfect place for us to stay at and recharge mentally before getting back to reality. The privacy that you get as well as the surrounding of the beautiful nature was a bonus for us too. Definitely would recommend to those that need this kind of getaway or just a peaceful getaway in general. If you get the chance to meet the hosts, Charles and Nikki, they’re very welcoming and lovely people too!

Great spot in the bush with an incredible view. Really close to Auckland and Piha giving plenty of options for things to do. The DVDs were a cool blast from the past as well! We really enjoyed our stay there!

Jennifer's cottage was an idyllic retreat after a long trip from abroad. The amenities provided were exactly what we needed to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The cottage is easily accessible, and the location is unbeatable. Jennifer was always available for us and was nice enough to let us extend our stay. I would definitely book this place again.

We visited during a bit of a rainstorm, and couldn't have felt more cosy, safe, and warm. Very comfortable and unique getaway. Would recommend to anyone who wants to get off the grid a little bit and live a more simple low-tech (but still comfy) getaway

This place is so incredible, I want to move in permanently. I stayed in Tiny2 and the views are breathtaking. No matter the weather, Pukeko Lane will deliver the goods. Either sitting outside enjoying the fire pit, laying in the outdoor bathtub and listening to the peace of nature, or cosying up on the couch in front of the indoor fire, it's all magical. It was very relaxing and private. Just what I needed after a month long work trip before flying home.

Was a great stay, the place felt very homely and was such a lovely space. Also very accommodating for my little dog.

Gosh what to say.... I'm almost lost for words staying at this amazing spot. It's certainly an escape from everyday life - we were in Raglan but could have been lost on a tropical island somewhere. From the moment we arrived it was magical. The space was spotless with super clear instructions and everything you need (and then some). The outdoor bath was amazing (even in the rain). The bedroom was cosy and comfortable and the living area is perfect to hang out in. We had the most relaxing weekend. Thank you!

Absolutely loved my stay in the containership. It rained the entire time I was in the Waikato for fieldays and the containership offered a warm cozy retreat at the end of a long day. The hosts were incredible communicators and even went the extra mile to provide me with the use of their crockpot for easy dinners after a long day. One of the best Airbnb I have stayed in. Incredible craftsmanship and wonderful private outlook. 10 out of 10

Check-in was super smooth and the place was all set up for us when we arrived. The cabin was cosy, clean, and had everything we needed, really well set up. The hot pool was a definite highlight, perfect for a soak at the end of the day. 😍❤️ Such a peaceful spot to relax. Would totally come back 🥰🥰🥰

We ADORED staying at this little Tiny-Home. it was so tidy, and was perfect for coming home to, after big days of adventuring. Jamie (the host) was wonderful and super responsive. It was the perfect size for 2 people, and we had just enough room to do everything we needed. We traveled in May, and noticed that it was a little bit humid, however there was a fan in the Airbnb that was great. It was only 15-20 minutes drive from the centre of Auckland, which made it perfect to come home to after exploring the city. It is located on a busy road, but the road noise was minimal (if at all noticeable). Truly the sweetest place to stay ever! We will ba back, thanks for hosting us! 🌿✈️

If your looking for a place near the hot water beach this is the best place for 2pax. Plenty of parking, 5 mins walk to the beach. offers some quiet place and off grid experience.

We really enjoy our stay here, it felt like a home away from home. This place was exactly what we were after, very peaceful and relaxing. The views were out of this world! Would definitely be back, thank you to the hosts for making us feel right at home.

The most amazing wee getaway with absolutely incredible views. A great place to unwind and recharge in the quiet. Would absolutely recommend a hot bath under the most incredible night sky of stars.

Susan was great host, we loved the place the minute we arrived and she was very helpfull during our stay and gave us the feeling we are part of the family. The best part is they have the cutest dog ever, we played with him the whole day wish we could stay for more.

The Dome is a lovely and peaceful getaway and was a highlight on my road trip in NZL so far. Birds chirping, wind softly stroking the plants: exactly what you would expect from a more private & quiet accomodation to relax & calm down. It's really worth to get to the Dome before it is dark and to soak in the atmosphere in the lovely garden. If you are lucky with the weather, you might be greeted by a sky full of stars at night. I was greeted kindly and the instructions on how to get to the accomodation were very clear. Definitely recommendable!

Great place for a peaceful getaway. Private and beautiful country side scenery. Host very polite and made sure we got whatever we needed. Would stay again and recommend this place for any couple wanting a quiet and peaceful weekend away.

Peter-John's studio cottage was the perfect place to explore Auckland from. It was comfortable, peaceful and so close to Ponsonby Road. We could walk anywhere in the city and come back to a peaceful night's sleep. Plus PJ was so kind and so accommodating after our long flight from California. It was a great experience and I would gladly stay there again! Highly Recommend!
