Studio/HOTEL 24/7" with FREE and INDEPENDENT ACCESS, 20 m2 in a detached house with independent entrance at the back and a private space, all located less than 500 m walk from the airport and 100 m from McDonald's, Léon de Bruxelles, close to all amenities. In a closed subdivision with private parking space and the possibility of arrival at any time, departure no later than 11:00 a.m. (breakfast offered for the first night). Instructions provided after booking validation.

Private room with full autonomy

The ROOM (without kitchen) is completely self-contained, private toilet and bathroom, access through a private entrance to the accommodation. It is located in a part of our house and can ideally accommodate 2 people (up to 3 if necessary, extra charge of €10/night). In the event that the 2nd bed (armchair convertible into single extra bed) is necessary, even for 2 guests, an additional €10 will be charged upon arrival. The room is to be left clean (or €10 cleaning fee)

Carefully renovated and fully equipped to ensure excellent comfort, linen is included as well as cleaning, managed by a professional. Easy access to the city center by car or bus station nearby, fast lanes in less than 5 minutes and to the airport by the Tram. Close to Cancéropôle, Médipôle, companies, Carrefour...

Beautiful renovated old apartment (120 m2) in duplex, air-conditioned, in beautiful old half-timbered building from the 16th century. Very quiet (between 2 inner courtyards) and very bright (east/west facing) with beautiful volumes. The neighborhood is pedestrianized and secured by a terminal that only allows access to neighborhood residents.
