The first floor is an open-plan living space with a kitchen and lounge, which opens to an intimate balcony overlooking the Garonne River with spectacular sunsets.

This elegant apartment in last stage, offers from its terrace a unique panoramic view of Toulouse with the Garonne below and the Pyrenees chain in the background. Located near the Prairie des Filtres where a bucolic walk along the Garonne takes you to the historic city center in fifteen minutes, it is also close to the Toulouse Stadium, which you can reach on foot via the greenways and the Ramier Island. The tramway at the foot of the building goes directly to the airport.

Private room with full autonomy

The ROOM (without kitchen) is completely self-contained, private toilet and bathroom, access through a private entrance to the accommodation. It is located in a part of our house and can ideally accommodate 2 people (up to 3 if necessary, extra charge of €10/night). In the event that the 2nd bed (armchair convertible into single extra bed) is necessary, even for 2 guests, an additional €10 will be charged upon arrival. The room is to be left clean (or €10 cleaning fee)

Quiet cottage with garden by the Bay

Our townhouse overlooking the Grand Bassin de Castelnaudary is the perfect place to relax. This space has been designed to accommodate up to 6 people. There are two separate bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with two single beds. The sofa in the living room is convertible which, once opened, is a real double bed. A private outdoor area at the rear of the house is accessible to enjoy the calm of this historic district of Castelnaudary.

Quietly located, this two-bedroom apartment is very easy to access and will seduce you for your hikes and walks around Lake St Férreol, accessible in 5 minutes on foot. No smoking, but an outdoor area is available. Pets not allowed, thank you for your understanding. Our accommodation is equipped with a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, as well as a kettle and a toaster. The beds are made upon arrival and bath towels are at your disposal.
