This was the cutest and most convenient place we could have stayed for our trip! The aesthetic was relaxing and the bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept in while traveling!! We came into the city for a music festival and were pleasantly surprised and impressed with how much there is to do in a walkable distance. I would definitely recommend visiting the Museum on a Friday evening for their discounted event which included live music & drinks ! Perfect date night. If you have pups there are so many beautiful areas to talk them for walks. We will definitely be back in the future as there was truly not enough time to enjoy all the area had to offer. Thank you!!!

Walter’s place was wonderful. Very cute, perfect for the three of us. It was spotless and beautifully decorated. Very close to Starbucks and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again next time we are in town.

This was a really cute and comfortable place that has everything that you need for a few days in NW Philadelphia. It's on an extremely charming and peaceful street. Note that the location is perfect if you are eager or happy to stay in NW Philadelphia (near the Wissahickon Park, or the neighborhoods of Germantown, East Falls, Manayunk, Mt Airy, Chestnut Hill). If you are visiting Philadelphia for the first time you should realize that this house is not very close to the center of the city. You will need a car of a bike to get around if you stay here.

Best recommendation we can give is that on our next visit to Philadelphia , we want to stay at Thomas' location.

Excellent location, the apartment was within very close walking distance to Broad Street, grocery stores and tons of cafes & restaurants. The space itself was clean and perfect for just a weekend trip. Elaine was very responsive and helpful, as I ended up extending my stay an additional day. Good find!

I really enjoyed my stay at Deniqua’s place! From start to finish, everything went smoothly. She was extremely responsive, though I barely had any questions since all the important info was clearly outlined ahead of time. The space was clean, comfortable, and in the perfect location for my needs. Would definitely stay again!

This place worked great for our stay which included two adults and one dog. The location was quiet and convenient for dog walking and the people we encountered in the neighborhood were friendly. A big bonus for us was having a Whole Foods about 10 minutes away. We enjoyed having a nice, quiet place to come back to after enjoying the city attractions during the day.

Great accomodations with plenty of room for our family over a wedding weekend. Everything was well appointed and Ward was an extremely helpful and responsive host! Highly recommend!

This is a definite must stay if you’re coming to Philly with a large family! The place is simply amazing home and is modern, spacious and pristine in nature! It’s is wonderfully decorated and could easily be a show home! It is exactly as advertised and much more! The jacuzzi and outdoor patio and bbq are a really nice touch, and well as the exercise room and equipment on the second floor! Katerina is a gracious and wonderful host! She responded to any inquiries in a timely and helpful manner! We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return! Meghan's place was just right for our family and our stay. We enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen. The kids loved having a hang out space in the basement with their own TV and toys! Everyone got their own room and space. It was nice to walk out and be within a short distance to the museum, the Penitentiary, parks, etc. The only downsides were steep steps from the main floor to upstairs, but Meghan had that covered with baby gates which was awesome! Peace of mind that no little ones would go up or down if in place. Parking was iffy, but we managed to get a spot not too far away. Other than that, such a lovely little home with space to spread out. We loved our stay and would book again!

In one word, "WOW". The Mill is a unique peaceful oasis . It feels so secluded ,yet its conveniently located. The mill itself is outstanding and the landscaping is lovely. Its clear that logan and lou have put a great deal of care to create this amazing space. The view from the stone deck overlooking the Perkiomen creek was breathtaking . I enjoyed relaxing and listening to the sounds of the creek ,every evening. The bed was so comfortable. I appreciate that your home is dog friendly. I cannot say enough good things about my stay. I'd give 10 stars if I could. Thanks for opening up your home to us. Teresa

Great cozy place to stay. Love the history and architecture of the home and neighborhood. Amalia was very friendly and extremely accommodating. When we realized the previous guests had consumed all the coffee, she immediately went to the store and bought some for us. If light from street lights bothers you at night consider wearing sleep masks.

Matu was extremely pleasant and communicative. I’m big on energy and hers was top tier. Her home was beautifully decorated and clean. The bedrooms were so comfy (i slept like a baby). I came to town for an event at The Mann and the location was perfect. Peaceful neighborhood and the Street parking was a plus! Will definitely stay again!!!

We had a great stay at Meng's place. The location was perfect for us to attend our son's college graduation activities. The place was quite spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We had no problem finding either street parking or parking in the lot with the parking pass. The rooftop patio was an added bonus just wish we had more time to spend up there.

I cannot recommend Angel’s place highly enough!! It is situated right on the river with views of the river on one side and the city on the other. Within walking distance of Old City and City Center, although we easily walked all the way to the other river near the train station. Angel is a kind and gracious host, as thoughtful and sweet as they come! She has truly earned her superhost status, thinking of everything from Andes mints to a towel warmer. She even messaged when a storm was coming and then an hour later when there was a beautiful rainbow outside. Lovely person. We felt very comfortable staying here and would stay again. Parking was easy and safe, about a block from the condo building. The bed was comfortable, and you have your own thermostat in the room. Wish I had made time to go to the high quality gym - next time! Again, cannot recommend enough.

Great Stay in Philly! Natasha’s condo was a wonderful place to stay during our trip to Philadelphia! The space was very clean, modern, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. We did run into a small issue with the ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms, and Natasha actually messaged me asking when she could come by to fix it — I didn’t see the message until the day before we left, so that was completely on me. I really appreciated how proactive she was about it. We also had an issue with the door lock, but Natasha came out right away to replace the battery. She was very responsive and made sure we were taken care of. Overall, a great experience and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Philly!

This was a really cozy and well designed spot. Beds were very comfortable. We felt really at home while here and host was exceedingly accessible! Enough towels and cleaning products for our stay. A few seasonings and coffee in the cabinet. I would happily stay here again. We are southern folk in town for an event at Franklin Field. Sprouts is a 7 minute walk from the home. Dave and Busters even closer, but that’s about it. Not a very walkable area although next to water. You’ll love the home, but if you need to get about the city, you need a car, public transport or a budget for Uber/Lyft. Not far from Independence Park, ChinaTown, and City Hall, but not walkable. I think the home is bigger than the pictures’ impression. Loved it here. Google pics are old so don’t be afraid 😂😂😂

Super cute spot in a great neighborhood—extremely walkable to many restaurants, bars, shops, etc. For Philly it was a relatively good price and an all around good value. We would definitely stay again, especially as the location was near to our good friend!

Stay was really good and great host.

Very clean apartment with plenty of space. Kitchen, living room, beds and bath are all really nice. Our host Bin is friendly and responsive. Groceries store and coffee shops are <5 minute walk. A very short commute to city center by buses/subway with lots of things to do. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Thank you for the great hospitality! Your ability to simply communicate and respond effectively was amazing. The pictures matched the property just like the description. Even with a last minute emergency you still was able to communicate and make me feel welcomed . Thanks for making my son’s 16th bday the best. All he wanted was to stay at an Airbnb! You made the experience well worth it.
