The apartment is furnished as a separate unit, tastefully and with elements of history. It is rented all year round. The apartment includes a garden where you can spend a pleasant evening by the fire, roast sausages, listen to birds singing, or have a morning coffee and a good breakfast under the pergola.

Mini chatka is gone

A small wooden house where you will be absorbed by the cozy atmosphere, the warmth of the fireplace and the possibility to use the sauna. The house blends in with nature, surrounded by willows and a picturesque pond. For an unforgettable experience of your stay, there is a newly added sauna, including a cooling tub (sauna including wood for heating is available on site for an additional fee) If you are also interested in a trip, we recommend the castle in Lipnice with nearby crystal clear quarries for swimming. Or the Orlík lookout tower near Humpolec, both within 20km.

When we discovered this magical place in 2020, in Bystřice near Včelákov at the foot of the Železné Mountains in the Protected Landscape Area, we knew that we wanted to share it and pass on its energy to other people. On one side a forest, on the other a pond, pure nature, peace and fresh air. We have built 2 cottages here, which have separate entrances, so you will not disturb each other at all. And who are we? Modern house with a pool and sauna, Žďárské vrchy

Modern house on the edge of Žďárské vrchy. The house is ideal for families with children or smaller groups. All guests looking for a rest in the garden with its own indoor pool (April - November) and Finnish sauna will enjoy themselves. The surroundings invite you to go cycling, hiking, mushroom picking and water sports in the nearby Velký Dářek. You will have the whole house with a terrace and grill, a large fenced garden with a fireplace, a trampoline, and a playground for children. You can park up to 3 cars directly on the property.

Treehouse u Potoka

Experience peace and quiet, the gurgling of a stream, the singing of birds and nothing else. Just peace. There is a bed for two and an extra bed for one. Small kitchen, running water, gas stove and basic utensils, all for three people. There's sugar, pepper, salt. You can make coffee in a Moka pot. Diesel heating. Electricity is from a solar panel and a 2V car battery! Outdoor shower and fireplace are under the Treehouse. The outhouse is made of sawdust and does not smell 🙂 Parking space. We offer an unconventional circular straw house with a large garden and pond. It is located in a picturesque corner of the Vysočina region, on the edge of the small village of Bystrá. There are plenty of interesting and pleasant things nearby, the castle of Lipnice nad Sázavou, quarries, forests, meadows, rivers and ponds, all of which are dominated by the mythical Melechov. The cottage is small, fully furnished, comfortable for two people. It will be appreciated by romantics and lovers of old times.

Maringotka (caravan) Alfons has got a great history. At first, maringotka had travelled a hundreds kilometers with Berousek’s circus, where its aim was to be a “home on the wheels” and few years after that it became unfashionable and was parked for some more time. Despite the bad time, it quickly had found its new owner and a lot of admirers in a year 2015, when it was given as a birthday present. Nowadays, marignotka is a beautiful caravan in countryside with great view on Lipnice castle.

Absolute peace, quiet, privacy, beautiful nature, an amazing place to relax awaits you. Our caravan can accommodate up to four people. It is spacious, clean and purposefully furnished. We are not connected to electricity, drinking and utility water is regularly supplied in barrels. Outside, a beautiful outhouse and solar shower await you.

Our caravan, where we once, is now looking for new adventurers in an orchard in the Iron Mountains. A car with an unmistakable scent that sways slightly in the wind as if on a boat. Parked in a pen with sheep and bees. If you want to see that there are still more stars in the sky at night than grains of sand in all the seas of the world, and soak your feet in the dew in the morning, you will fall in love with it.

Je dřevěný, je pohodlný, je v zahradě. Na venkově na Vysočině jsem pro svoji rodinu postavil moderní chalupu zasvěcenou odpočinku. Ponořená do klidu zahrady s kusem přírody. Sad, rybníčky, neomezený prostor. Toto místo jsme věnovali klidu a relaxaci bez televize. Privátní koupací sud (nemá funkci vířivky) a sauna jsou Vám k dispozici za dodatečný poplatek 400 a 600 Kč za 1 vytopení.
