The places was clean and easy to find. It had everything we needed and extra. The other guests on this short vacation walked and and were just wow-ed by how the place looked. It was a great stay! Thank you so much for approving our booking!

We loved our stay at Lauren’s place! Beautiful, modern interior, walking distance to Shoal Bay for restaurants, pub, bike hire or to watch the dolphins at sunset. Or for the more intrepid, lots of hiking options right out the back door. The house was so well-equipped we also spent some days enjoying the pool, pizza oven and outdoor entertaining area. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay with everything we needed at the house. The house layout, yard, pool was fantastic. The house was so clean and had literally everything we needed. Great place to stay with family or if you want to be close to the golf course.

We had a lovely family getaway at this beautiful home. The space itself is spacious, well-designed, and perfect for spending quality time together—especially with the pool and outdoor area, which have so much potential for relaxing and making memories. Although we encountered a few hiccups during our stay, the host was incredibly responsive and proactive in addressing them, which we really appreciated. It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests' experience. With a bit more attention to detail, this property could be a standout holiday home. It was an absolute pleasure to spend a weekend here. We had a lovely time just staying in and enjoying the beauty of the surrounding nature. The tennis courts were a great addition and we particularly enjoyed sitting out at the deck for all our meals. We also enjoyed the cozy fireplace in the evenings. We look forward to returning in the future.

Our second stay at fabulous Seal way and we had the best time. Lucked out with some fine weather after all the heavy rain and even did some stargazing on the first night around the outdoor fire pit. The only bad thing about this house is that you have to leave !!!! We will be back for sure Thanks so much

It’s a fantastic stay. Beautiful Lakehouse. Great for a family of 4. Got plenty to do at the premises, sauna by the lakeside, kayaking at Cooma Bay and cooking in the beautiful kitchen with the freshly picked vegetables from the garden. Also, there are two lovely doggies, Matilda and Bella checked us in and out. Amazing host!

Words cant describe the Pagoda Point house George built, Patrick and Liam (contact on the river) could not of been more helpful in explaining the house and many of its features. We sat around the fireplace all afternoon, then watched the sunset. The house is tucked away overlooking the river with no neighbours near you. It was 10 minutes to the Brooklyn bridge 15 minutes to Berowra Waters ferry. 5 minutes to Petes Bite restaurant. I have travelled around the world and I have never stayed in such a amazing house with the most amazing views.

The kids loved the pool table and xbox. Plenty of space for everyone.

Absolutely wonderful! We had a lovely peaceful stay at Jen’s house. It was brilliant. Sparkling clean, had everything we needed. The BBQ was great. It was so relaxing. Our little dog loved his stay too. Jen is a fantastic host

Our stay was ideal for a family get together and to attend a wedding locally. Our hosts were very accomodating and friendly which made our arrival and departure easy. We were impressed with the property location, view, layout and everything that being at home provides. We didn’t need anything except our clothes and food. I would highly recommend staying at Curlew Sands, and we would definitely stay again. The price for the size and location was perfect! Loved the house. The layout was perfect. Bedrooms not close together, 2 bathrooms, everything elese in between. The views are stunning. Love having cows, horses and sheep roaming close. Loved it.

Cute home in a beautiful location. The home is elevated up in the tree tops and right across the road from the lake. Had a very relaxing stay. Malia was quick to answer any questions we had.

Perfect Weekend Getaway! We had a wonderful weekend stay at Naomi’s place! The location was fantastic, just a 10-minute walk to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun. The place was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the large outdoor living area. We had a fantastic short stay at this house with our family. An older home that has been tastefully updated and well-considered. Not pretentious, comfortable with a focus on the breathtaking views over the Patonga township and water below. Taking cues from the adjacent bush, distant headlands and coastal views, the comprehensive interior upgrades and choices, colours and furniture are relaxed and calming, we felt at home immediately. It doesn't have a new blingy kitchen or bathroom, but it doesn't need it at all. They have been refreshed and have everything you need for cooking up a storm. The landscaping/gardens, heated pool, firepit and sauna are stunning and clearly designed by someone who knows what they are doing. Really friendly and helpful hosts We'll be back.

Great location! Walking distance to so many great local shops and eateries. Very relaxing stay!

The house was very clean and comfortable, and the nearby cove was fun to paddle in on the stand up paddle boards provided, with a short walk to the shore. North Arm Cove is a peaceful suburb and there are some fire trails through the bush behind the house, but no coastal walks. The kitchen was very well stocked and made cooking very easy. We had fun using the billiard table and car racing simulator. It is a 20 minute drive to Coles, surf beaches, and excellent restaurants in Tea Gardens.
