Amazing Airbnb, was my 3rd stay! Very clean and comfortable. My go to place when I’m in LA!

Wonderful quick stay. It was super easy to walk or drive to so many places. We would have ridden the bikes if we stayed longer. Great restaurants. Place was nice and clean. It’s small but we expected that and only needed it to sleep at night. The high ceilings made the place feel so much bigger. If you want to be super close to the beach and great restaurants, this is a great place.

Fantastic! Every time! What a view! Immaculately clean, with all the amenities you could need. Noe and Joe are wonderful people. A must do!

Matthew’s guest house is exactly as described! It was extremely clean and easy to find; the instructions for check-in were simple to follow and spot on. The neighborhood is very peaceful! Would 12/10 book again when visiting my friends.

Our stay at the guest house was outstanding and our hosts, Paul & Candice were excellent hosts. We really appreciated the detailed instructions for gaining access to the property and a book full of instructions for how everything worked. The guest house was very clean and the kitchen was very well equipped for all of our needs. The location was perfect with Larchmont Village being a block away. Being dog lovers, our daily visit from their dog, Sophia, was something we looked forward to. I would not hesitate staying here again.

Ray’s place was perfect for our needs. Quiet and private with a great view of downtown LA. I would stay here again and would highly recommend!

We stayed for 5 days for a family vacation with a 1.5 year old and 2 teens. We went to Disneyland, UCLA, downtown, Ktown, Little Tokyo, etc and it was convenient to go to a variety of places with a car. We wanted access to all of these locations without being in it. Overall, the home was great for 6+baby. It was spacious, had 3 bathrooms and plenty of rooms to make it comfortable. They even added an extra bed in one of the rooms for us. The kitchen was large and dining table was perfect for having some meals at home. A couple of things to note: I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs ~20+ in the US and many countries and in the US have never had to send my driver’s license and had to for all guests 18+. It’s hidden in extra details on the listing but found it to be a little odd. They say it’s for safety reasons. We had a large van and had a hard time parking in the garage and dedicated space so something to keep in mind. 3 rooms had A/C but one did not. It was really hot in June 🥵

Best Airbnb ever!!! All the amenities you’ll need. Very private and comfortable. Will definitely book again and would recommend to anyone.

Alina’s place was beautiful

I must say that this place was one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in! I would ever go as far as to say the pictures doesn’t do it justice. It was an absolute beauty, with a huge hot tub deck complete with a covered outside bar with a grill and room for 10+ guests. The guest itself was spotless and well-stocked with everything you could possibly need. There is even a washer and dryer inside the unit. I would most definitely recommend staying here and will be booking a stay here again. Thank you Tracy for your near-immediate responses, welcoming hospitality, and quaint accommodations!

What a fantastic place to stay, enjoyed everything about the studio. I was able to do some work as it's quiet and private, the street is fabulous to walk, kitchen is great to cook in, I found relaxing nooks around the studio to read and relax in. This place is not your average Airbnb, it's well taken care of with the little attention to detail. Thanks Karen! Will be back definitely, love to Lee ❤️

I had a 10/10 stay at this place. A very cute puppy welcomed us, which was a great surprise because both my partner and I love dogs! We had a very nice, memorable stay, especially thanks to the bikes. Also, it was close to every place that we needed to go. The backyard with the hammock was also a hit. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who's visiting Santa Monica. Thank you!

Jennifer’s place was a great stay, central to a lot of activities and 15 minutes away from the beach which is a huge plus. Cozy and roomy with great water pressure! And of course a great host, will be booking again in the future and highly recommend to other!

Ryan met me when I arrived and helped me settle in quickly. Parking in the neighborhood was easy. Accommodations were excellent. Very nice experience.

Everything was great, place near the airport, everything looks impeccable as in the photos, clean, comfortable and private, with everything you need within reach, easy access and exit, hosts with effective and accurate communication, even with a list of recommendations of nearby places to go, definitely worth the stay and recommended 100% if you are looking for accommodation in the city.

We stayed at Guadalupe’s place for 10 nights and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The home was impeccably clean, thoughtfully furnished, and tucked away just enough to provide a peaceful escape from the busy pace of Los Angeles. In our opinion, the location was ideal—quiet and safe, yet conveniently situated for getting anywhere we needed to go. Guadalupe and her co-hosts were communicative, accommodating, and genuinely kind throughout our stay. This was truly one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again on our next trip to LA.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mylbra’s place. It is definitely a pearl in LA area. The location is perfectly private, quiet and really safe. We had everything we needed at the unit. Mylbra was very responsive and super kind. Check in was easy and flexible. We loved the view, the pool and the patio, Mylbra’s wonderful dogs and also all the peacocks of the neighbourhood. We’ll definitely come again. Thank you so much Mylbra for letting us stay at your place!

Rit and Jennifer were absolutely incredible hosts and the property is amazing - clean, functional and 10 minutes from the beach. Will definitely return if we're ever back in the area!

I had a lovely stay here. Michelle and as super helpful, welcoming and loved meeting her beautiful dogs. Lovely home, comfy bed, very clean, awesome shower and great kitchen. Has everything you need. Was so helpful to be able to do a load of sanding too. Would love to come back one day. 🙏☀️
