We loved this house! Rick was very responsive to all messages. The check-in process was extremely easy. The house was perfect! Plenty of space for 6 adults to be comfortable. The back yard is very peaceful and inviting. The hot tub was a nice way to wind down each day. There were plenty of towels, plates, cups, etc. the location of the house was great. A short drive to wherever you needed to go. The basement bedrooms are very nice for those that like super quiet/dark for sleeping. Washer and dryer was handy too and worked great. No complaints on this property. Will book with Rick again if we are back in the area!

We had a group of 4 that take a week long golf trip every year. This house was within 30-40 minutes to several great golf courses, we played two rounds every day and never played the same course twice, then came back for all the games at the house. Great space for our group, no master on suite, but bathrooms were upgraded and clean. Kitchen had everything you could want including what you needed for cooking outside. We are trying to lock in our dates for next year and will definitely be back. Thanks for having such a fun house.

We had an excellent stay here. My toddler son loved the pool, the toys, and the park down the street. The house was well stocked and clean, and I’d recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in this area.

Absolutely everything we needed and more! We had a party of 19 stay at Kayloni's for a wedding weekend. Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and more, everyone commented on how wonderful everything was. The kitchen was truly the heart of the home, but we also spent time around the pristine pool, the wonderful hot tub and playing on the shuffle board table. The front living room provided a quiet space to read and relax. All of the bedrooms had ample storage as did the bathrooms. We had everything we could want for making meals - large fridge and gas range, plenty of pots, pans, cutlery, plates, cups and gadgets! The 2nd kitchen was super handy for extra appliances as well as storage. The outdoor grill was super for burger night! Kayloni was super responsive to any questions we had as well as provided information on local attractions and restaurants. She truly is a SUPERHOST! Would highly recommend for any large gatherings where you want to relax and enjoy time together!

Great location for our family gathering! The pool was awesome! Had a little trouble with the upstairs a/c and the pickleball net was pretty run down but there was a great amount of towels and pool towels provided. The basketball court and the light on the court for the evening was fantastic! Host was very kind and responsive. We would absolutely stay again.

The in-ground pool was an absolute hit—sparkling clean and the perfect backdrop for our weekend of fun. The outdoor space was spacious and welcoming, giving us plenty of room to celebrate while still feeling private and peaceful. What truly stood out was the level of service. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and it made all the difference. It’s rare to find a space that’s both stunning and so comfortably livable. This home was a wonderful place to stay for a family trip to Silverwood! The location was conveniently located to activities, stores, and restaurants and was also very private and peaceful! The home was set up to be very comfortable and convenient. The back patio was a lovely place for morning coffee or evening family time. The host was very helpful and responsive. The home was well stocked with essentials. We loved our time here!

This was our second time enjoying this beautiful home. Loved it both times. Neighborhood is very family friendly and quiet. House was very clean and excellent fit for my family vacation and convenient location to anything we needed. Love how communicating and respective they are as well. Definitely would love to stay here again.

Kristina and Eugene’s place was the best! They thought of everything from a security code that was the last 4 digits of my phone number ( so I couldn’t forget it) to snacks and stocked q tips and cotton balls in the bathroom. All sizes and shapes of pillows and lovely cozy blankets. Beautiful setting and soo peaceful and quiet.

After staying at Vince’s place next door and having a fantastic experience, we decided to try this one out and it did not disappoint. This home has a totally different vibe: super cozy, peaceful, and perfect for a laid-back family weekend or group getaway. You can tell Vince put the same care into creating a relaxing space that balances comfort, privacy, and fun. The backyard setup is amazing, a hot tub, a cold plunge, a large sauna, and a private patio that’s great for meals or just hanging out under the stars. Then a second hot tub off the primary suite balcony! We loved how quiet it felt, even being so close to all the CDA action. Plus, the detached room with the pool and ping pong tables was a fun bonus space, great for late night games. Everything was clean, well-stocked, and easy to use. The layout worked great for our group, especially with the extra privacy in the detached space. Vince was, once again, an awesome host. If you’re considering this spot, book it!

Our family enjoyed staying there and thoroughly enjoyed using the hot tub, kayaks ,paddle board and games provided. It's a lovely home and spacious and we also enjoyed the outdoor dining and fire pits! It's in a wonderful neighborhood and so close to the beach! Thank you!

Beautiful spot. We rented it for my daughter and a few of her friends on her 16 bday. They were all blown away when we got there. The backyard and deck and dock were probably the coolest place weve ever stayed at. The house had lots of comfortable places to sleep also.

Paige was very responsive with our requests. She did everything to make our stay enjoyable. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful spot to enjoy the lake!

Our family really enjoyed our stay in this home. It was cozy, comfortable and attractive. Our dog and kids just loved the grassy backyard and watching the birds and squirrels in the lovely trees bordering the yard. We loved being close to the lake, downtown and many stores and restaurants within 15 minutes or less. The Mango Tree Indian restaurant just a half mile away was one of our favorites. We felt very at home here.

Another fantastic stay at Tim’s house! The home is spacious, clean, and tucked away in a beautiful part of town—just a short drive from downtown Coeur d’Alene. The theater room was easily the highlight for us; we spent hours watching movies, UFC fights, and playoff basketball on the 4K projector. The kitchen is fully stocked and made it easy to cook every meal we planned. Each bedroom is comfortable and private, with the master suite being especially impressive. Between the peaceful setting, wildlife sightings, and top-notch amenities like the sauna and Traeger grill, this home has everything you need to relax and recharge. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the CDA area—already looking forward to our next stay!

This was a beautiful house for us and our friends to stay in. Beautiful area and fantastic view. Very clean and the property had everything we needed, including some board games and cornhole!

Beautiful place! The host was flexible with our needs of an early check-in and allowing a bride, and 9 bridesmaids to get ready for my daughters big day! The backyard was perfect for father’s first look. Decorations are BEAUTIFUL, and my daughter had a wonderful day getting ready with her girls. Bride and Groom spent their first night as a married couple, and they said it was perfect. Would recommend!

Great location. Easy drive to Coeur D'Alene Lake or Lake Hayden. House is great. We traveled to Hiawatha to bike, Silverwood and Spokane. Central to all three. Clean and has amenities to cook and clean. Master bed was a king... really comfortable for us and 3 grown kids. Great house. Easy location. Thanks.

This home away from home was exactly as described. It was super clean, the beds were really comfortable and this place was stocked with anything and everything you could need. The hot tub was a really nice addition after a couple of long days at Triple Play. Lol. My kids were in heaven with the game room and they loved the slack lines! This place is private, except for the wake up calls from the wild turkeys and the howls of the coyotes passing by in the woods late at night. It was cool to listen to. We stayed for 4 nights and would highly recommend this place to anyone. The host was very responsive and was helpful when needed. Very nice house with a million dollar view!! The private beach was awesome and the whole family learned to paddle board. We had a great time and talked about doing it annually.
