Short Term Let Licence No ST00306F A former blacksmiths workshop lovingly modernised to provide a bright and comfortable cottage. Located on the waters edge of Loch Katrine in the heart of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher etc. Linens are provided for your stay. From 01.09.25 we have a new hot tub and sauna available. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate a Sunday arrival or departure.

There is a spacious super kingsize (or twin) bedroom, spectacular living space, modern kitchen & shower room, private entrance, parking & outside seating area. Note location of the house as detailed in 'house rules' (4wd recommended for winter)

If your looking for something a little different then The Bridge House might be just for you! My unusual 2 bedroom home was built on a bridge spanning the River Ardle in 1881. Charming original features including stone spiral stairs, traditional Scottish timber clad walls, stone/pine flooring and even a privy directly over the river below! Recently renovated. After living in many different places, I understand how important and difficult it is to find a nice, clean, spacious space that makes me feel comfortable and relax! No matter what weather or we don't want to go out, we still can enjoy view even if we sit in the house. So we decided to build Ardtreck. After exploring and observing all aspects of Skye, we were fortunate to discover a unique location for it. The main characteristics of Ardtreck are：
