Stylish, brand new, beautiful and quiet loft (6 floor, 50m2, 1 bed room +1 big living room, sauna, balcony). The location is the best possible in Helsinki - everything quickly achievable by 2-10min walk. Ideal spot also for business people. All connections nearby: airport buss, train, tram, subway (from airport by train to central railway station=> by trum close to the apartment). This great and cosy loft has a great location near museums, good restaurants or shopping, etc. Parking 20 eur/day.

This lovely studio on the 5th floor (with elevator) has two windows overlooking a park. The flat is brightful and cozy. The kitchen is fully equipped, with induction-stove, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. The location is in Kallio, the bohemian district in the center of Helsinki, famous for trendy cafes, brunch spots, boutiques and lively atmosphere. The nearest metro station is at 3 minutes by foot, from which it takes 5 minutes of metro-ride to reach the most central point of Helsinki.

A beautiful bright and spacious apartment. (45m2) Located in the heart of beautiful and lively Kallio. Nearby a lot of nice cafes, restaurants and bars. Great transport connections (trams, metro bus etc.) Short walk to the centre of Helsinki. The apartment can accommodate 3 people. I have 1 double bed and also have a thick air filled mattress that can be placed in the living room and used for 1 person.
